So let me get this straight, the poor fucker spends 4 years in jail for something he didnt do because that dirty fat troll got busted looking at porn by her mom, and to top it off , that lying slut only gets 60 fucking days jail for ruining his life.....served on weekends no less!!!!!

It makes me rage so hard when i read this shit, do you all feel the same?

be careful peoples, in the eyes of the law we are always guilty no matter if we are innocent or not..we are guilty until the woman in questions says otherwise.

Such bullshit! I argue with my sister about this shit, she works at a rape crisis prevention center and is always falling back on some FBI study or some bull shit that says only 2 or 4% of sexual abuse charges are false.... So out of every woman that ever claims rape on 4% of them are lying.... WHATEVER
I think that bitch should have gotten 4 years like that poor bastard who she said raped her.....

What the fuck. There should be a fast track system for the wrongly convicted - especially with things related to sex offender registries.

she only got 60 days because that way she can keep her job and it will take her years to pay off the $90000 restitution bill.

You think it would be better if she lost her job, went to jail and didn't have to pay the bill?

What bothers me most is that the cops, judge, and DA all required no evidence, aside from the perjured testimony, to send the guy away to prison for 10 years. Does it bother me that the girl essentially got no jail time? I think she should be paying him 90000, instead of the city but hopefully he sues and gets more than that.

This is one isolated rare case when the false rape accuser
admits her lies and fabrications.

And now imagine what happens in the rest of maybe
hundreds of thousands of cases when of course the woman who is
the false rape accuser , just moves on and never looks back...
which is exactly what the majority of women do...

How the fuck can you even lock someone up, for ten years no less, for a crime committed when 14 years old.

That's the real shocker and no one even seems to second guess this.

You have to rot in one of the USA's third world prisons from 22 to 31 years old, possibly your most productive decade, because as a young kid you made a dumb mistake. Your hormones exploded and you got your dick out. Damn, at 14 you don't know how to handle that newly activated weapon. It's not like most adults feel comfortable talking about sex, masturbation and related things with their kids.

The kid shouldn't have to go to prison, he should receive some sexual education.

This is an unbelievable case, quite literally the most extreme example of a false-rape charge I've ever seen.

- No evidence
- Conviction 8 years after the fact
- Sentencing of acts committed by two youths, one 10 and one 14

Disgusting shocking shit. I will remember this for as long as I live.
