Everytime I've done it successfully was by accident or just took a very long time.

Financially successful guys that like to party, like to travel and will approach hot girls are worth their weight in gold.

I think that's pretty much what places like the forum are for. Without the internet, it would be very difficult for likeminded guys to connect and game together, at least internationally. The true number of guys that think like this is statistically very low.

Think about how many guys you know in your personal life, how many of them would you invite to join the forum? My guess is not many.

^ he's a bit light on the details of "building" a crew.

common sense that a good crew is good.

If you read Naughty Nomad's book these are just his friends from school.

His story was like "I was drunk and browsing websites for flights. Maybe London. Oh maybe Germany. Oh shit, why not Thailand? I called up my mates and they were like "Fuck yea" and off we went!"

I still would love to see NN succeed without his crew. Many stories of his I read, when he travels just by himself (for example Mongolia) nothing interesting happens. We all know that with a competent wing or two one's game can increase by leaps and bounds. So for now I am giving solo traveler's like Roosh or Neil Skywalker more respect for their exploits.

He's a good lad Mark is, he doesn't claim to be a player or a world class pick up artist. He travels, has fun, has sex, immerses himself in the culture (weed in Ethiopia, suicide bombers in Mogadishu). I don't understand the hate from some on here. Just enjoy his videos, it's called fun.

It's just a different travel style. You can't really compare them.

Nomad is young.

When I was younger my travel style was more in line with his, minus the Mexican Pirate routine and more focused on surfing and partying.

Younger guys have crews. Older guys don't.

I don't even think I would want to travel with a crew if I had one, I am too stubborn these days.

I still meet up with my childhood friends every year in a different city, but I am actually more effective solo.

Not quite.

Its' true that the hardcore regulars are basically him and his childhood mates but I joined the crew back in 2011 in for the siege of Macendonia

The dude in the video that they called "black pearl" is just a guy that was in the same hostel as us in Skopje. He saw what we were doing and how much fun were were having and how much attention we were getting and he wanted in.

That's the key, create your own "be fun - have fun" bubble and people will want in. Women will want to be around you and guys will want to join the crew.

It's the pide-piper effect.

If you have a crew and a cameraman, and your story is that "we are making a film documentary," or some other variation of that, then surely young cute chicks and hip dudes are gonna wanna be a part of that. ... and even the guys that may usually flake may be up for following through. They may even "do" a pirate, even though pirate may not usually be their thing...

Nah, we did no filming at the siege of macedonia and people were still flocking.

Create your own "be fun have fun" bubble. That's it and it does not matter how you do it.

I give him props for doing what he's done, but he got hate for legitimate reasons.

You can't ignore someone dropping grossly inaccurate info just because they make cool videos. You have to call out bullshit when you see it, otherwise you end up with another MiXX debacle.

If Roosh was calling one of the biggest hooker spots in Ukraine a great place to meet educated and rich women, I would hope someone would call him out as well.

That said, maybe I was too harsh on him with my criticism. I held him in high regard and loved his book, so when I saw some mind boggling SEA info he dropped, I was more harsh than I would have been to someone whose opinion I didn't respect.

Either way, he's doing cool shit and I don't want to take away from that. I would be more than happy to eat my words about the guy if I found out I was wrong. He seems like a very likeable dude.

I think that's legit.

If a guy gives you bad info, call him out. You should for the benefit of others.

Nomad actually had some real sh*tty and inaccurate info on Latvia before I went.

But then again, the entire internet had sh*tty info on Latvia before I went and ripped the lid off the place.

After that I stopped reading Nomads info.

But I will watch his videos for sure. Those are pretty brilliant so far. He is doing something that I have always wanted to see one of us do.

And no hard feelings either. The kid is 25 and dresses as a Mexican Pirate with a bunch of mates.

I roll Custom Suited Down and Solo.

His info does nothing for me.

If anything, he will be reading mine in 8-10 years.

I dont know if he is legit or not, but those vids a pretty well made. Im impressed by the editing quality and the overall look. You can see that he put in some serious effort and I respect that, regardless of the "realness" of the vids. Maybe those black girls were just some hookers that he paid to appear in his show, I dont care cause the shit is entertaining.

They may be hookers, but I don't think he would pay them and play it off as if he pulled them.

I agree with you Rio....

Also, I believe that NN would not have to pay them b/c just the fact that he has the video, and the girls know that they are gonna be in the video, then the girls are gonna be down for it.

I would be interested in knowing how much having the video helps.

I recall Mixx saying the camera made things way more difficult.

I think having a camera in a party atmosphere could help. Mixx's video I saw he went up to a girl sitting in a coffee shop and started filming her. I think that would make it way more difficult, but having a group of friends partying, having fun and filming would have a different outcome I think.

During the downtime I got bored so I went to NN's forum. It was a ghost town, but I did notice he started a thread on his video series. It got 5 replies. Here at RVF, we're going on 50+ replies. I think NN has more fans here than on his own site.

That is what a free for all moderation policy will do. Although sometimes RVF may seem heavy handed with the ban hammer, there are very few questionable bans overall. Much preferable to the madness over at NN, which will most definitely kill a forum.

It is unfortunate because two forums can only help us looking for info, and also help grow the niche as a whole.

Exactly. That's why a lot of dudes that game internationally go it alone. Many of the guys we know make excuses, flake, or don't have the balls to live that type of lifestyle. Props to NN for even having a crew that's down with the cause. We'd all be doing it that way if we could. Hell, even before I went international, I'd have a hard time rounding up the fellas to hit South Beach. Yeah, they'd say they want to go, but when it was time for the gas to hit the pedal, excuses started flowing in.

Nomad is lucky because he is like 25 years old or something.

The older you get, the more your crew gets decimated.

So true, so true....

Nas spits a great verse on "NY State of Mind II" where he makes the same observation.

Quote:Had eight partners growin up, eight turned to seven
Seven turned to six niggaz, got two in heaven
Six of us, holdin it, now it's five rollin thick
The sixth one's parole flipped; five niggaz, went to fo' quick
when he went O.T., college life, converted into gangbangin
Four niggaz still hangin, years passed and slang changin
Three of us now, fourth nigga ain't around
We all thought he was real -- he did the snake shit
Fake shit -- beat his ass down, yo his mouth
could've got us all wasted, what a fuckin clown
All I got left in the end is two of my best friends

Overall great video. I can't hate even if I wanted to.

RE: Naughty Nomad Show
NN is an inspiration for me as I am really young too, If I can I will be doing exactly this, get a crew and just travel around slamming pussy all over the world, gotta love his stories. Sure he has some bad info here and there regarding certain countries but that is not even his biggest strength, and for that there are other more competent and experienced people, don't hate, try to appreciate. I'm sure many criticisms to him are mostly due to a certain jealousy, I prefer admiration personally. Who knows if in a few years I'll be doing something of the kind, if I do, you'll definitely hear from me Tongue

"Christian love bears evil, but it does not tolerate it. It does penance for the sins of others, but it is not broadminded about sin. Real love involves real hatred: whoever has lost the power of moral indignation and the urge to drive the sellers from temples has also lost a living, fervent love of Truth."
