So last night I was at a friend's house party. The guy/girl ratio was rather dismal.

There was one girl that was flirting and laughing with me. However, she was laughing and flirting with 5 other dudes. All these other dudes were fit, cocky-funny, and touched alot. One of them was a white knight who drove to the party with her.

She kept on trying to talk to me, even verbally stating "You know I love you." We have known each other through friends of friends for years. I also know for a fact that she was a bit of a slut.

However I could not get more than 30 seconds alone with her. I even isolated her for a minute, but the dudes kept on coming.

In the end, the most aggressive dude took her upstairs to his room. He was cock-blockedby the white knight.

Was this a no-win situation?

Yep, it definitely sounded like a no-win situation.

If a house party turns into a sausagefest or I unknowingly go to a sausagefest party, I usually hit up my other friends to see what's up. If I can't find anything, I just run last-standing man game or just go home.

Not a no win situation. She was expressing interest-you had a shot. In those situations you've just got to be very smooth and fast so the other guys won't know what you're up to until it's too late.

My move would have been to say:
It's too crowded in here for me/I need a break from these guys (depending on if you think she's annoyed by the guys pawing her) - I'm going to step outside and take a walk. Want to join?

Key here is that you're telling her what you're going to do, then asking her to join. If she says yes great. If not step outside, wait a few minutes, then if she doesn't join walk around a bit or bounce. You're a man who does his thing regardless of whether or not she comes along.

If she does join you're golden. Now you're alone and you can take her somewhere the guy she came with wont be able to find easily. Escalate as usual without fear of interruption.

I make it clear to the host to invite single girls. It's also your obligation to bring single girls.
Just bring girls that you're not interested in for whatever reason.

But yeah, pretty shitty situation. Find cooler friends who have cooler house parties. Easier said then done, but that's the solution.

I would rather wait a month to pick a girl I wanted to bang then be forced with the chubby white trash table scraps I see at some house parties with mostly men at an average weekly event.

Isolation is the only thing you can do, but other then that don't waste your time and spend it on other venues.

The girl enjoyed being the center of attention. A woman (6 at most) once told me that she preferred sausage fest house parties since she had at least 4-6 men hitting on her (due to the 6-1 male to female ratio), instead of going to a club and be ignored until some drunk beta approached her at 3 am.
