Horrible event this morning in Miami. I seen a coroners van and one of those corpse tents this morning. Figured it was maybe a heart attack or something. Found out later it was a young women, who people actually tried to restrain, who jumped from a high balconey. All this on a Wednesday morning.

This happened from the front of a tall apartment complex. I feel first for the family of the girl and every soul at that apartment who is probably scarred for life. Given the time of day and location, Ill bet several others seen it as well.

In a random coincidence, a friend in DC reported that another girl jumped in Ballston also today. WTF?

If someone wants to die, I get that. It's your life. But why make a big show of it like that?

Women don't usually choose violent suicide methods, they're normally all about the pills.

I doubt it was drugs directly... but probably a horrible psychological hangover from several days of polydrug use. Ive been to Vegas for 5 days before, The next few days are not pretty.

Maybe they want attention or someone to stop them. Remember, some women are attention whores and want someone to tell them "no, don't do it".
