RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
It amazes me how easily people dismiss the Bible as some dumb blue pill document. But yet during the course of history, some of the most brilliant minds that ever lived picked through every word of the Bible and at minimum considered it a credible document. The Bible got some of the science wrong but is still pretty red pill on human nature. Our ancestors were more red pill then us. They lived in an age when the foolish or weak didn't last long. They would have spotted an obvious fraud. What we are seeing is a failure of the US educational system.

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
The "blue pill" is doled out to the masses via the mass media and institutionalized educational curriculum that was funded and developed by the non profit Foundations and corporations who are all owned by the elite 1%. The Banksters.

They constructed the "Matrix" and the framework of the matrix is based on Cultural Marxism.

Cultural Marxism (which brought us the joys of feminism) is predicated on overturning Christian-based society. Therefore, the primary ingredient of the blue pill is anti-Christian propaganda.

The Bible is the red pill.

You don't have to believe in God to read the Bible and understand the many red pill lessons it teaches on the base nature of humanity.

Samson & Delilah - Failing a hot chick's shit tests leads to emasculating the strongest man to ever live.

Lot and his Daughters - Bitches will manipulate and rationalize their sexual deviancy to get what they want.

Joseph and Potiphar's wife - Women looking to screw the pool boy while her husband is away. When he rejects her advances, she makes a false rape claim.

That's just three examples off the top of my head.

If you don't understand why the Bible is THE red pill, you haven't read it, or you've read it but failed to understand the lessons it teaches because you've let the blue pill of Cultural Marxism poison your mind, making you incapable of seeing the truth.

Redpill is about dispensing with petty lies.

There may be some old school relationships displayed in the bible, but telling people to believe in something doesn't exist is asking them to take a bluepill.

"...but telling people to believe in something doesn't exist."

LOL

You're declaration of fact that God doesn't exist is blue pill. You have no proof that God does not exist, yet you state it as if it's undeniable truth.

I believe in God, but you won't find me telling you or others that I have ironclad proof that he exists. My belief is based on faith.

Your belief that he does not exist is also based on faith, although you may not think so.

But that's besides the point.

You don't have to believe in God to read the Bible.

You don't have to believe in God to learn the lessons it teaches about humanity, culture, and society.

There are massive lessons to be learned from the Bible.

Dismissing it because you don't believe in a God is missing the point of the lessons that are contained within.

It's almost as bad as the feminists refusing to read RoK because it goes against what they believe. How are you to learn if you don't look at things you don't agree with?

Worrying about whether or not their is a God is like a sailor concerning himself what the chemical makeup of water is during a hurricane. Don't bother yourself with questions like that. Instead look at the bigger picture lessons relating them to what you see and have experienced in your own life.

Edit: I like how many believers and people curious about spiritual matters there are on this forum.

It depends on what you define as god.

If "He" exists, than he is a king- another alpha.

Understand that if you believe in the god of the old testament, and you worship him, you are worshipping another man. There's a difference between respect and worship.

I don't see how worshipping another man is redpill.

The Bible is a great piece of literature.

Soup, are you afraid if you read it you may change your viewpoints?

You seem to have a stubborn, ingrained stance against anything that has to do with religion.

I have read it.

I'm about afraid of the bible as I am Star Wars.

I think religion is as dangerous as man-hating.

Last I checked the bible isn't fiction. Jesus was in fact a very real person in Judea during the time of the Roman Empire as well as most of the other individuals in the New Testament.

However you're always welcome to go out and preach the good word of Harry Potter and the Philospher's Stone. Blush

What's your background with the bible? When was the last time you read it? Are you sure that you want to hear the message in it?

Understand that if you believe in the god of the old testament, and you worship him, you are worshipping another man. There's a difference between respect and worship.

Respect is a form of worship. In fact, it's the primary component of worship. Without respect, you cannot worship.

Soup, let's just say I took the long way around to arrive at my current place of faith.

I'm older than most here, and while I'm no player, I had my share of sinful debauchery in my teens and 20's. Decades of agnostic unbelief.

"Taking the red pill" in its entirety, and grasping the entire enormity of "the Matrix" and coming to understand that it is the literal embodiment of evil. It is literally and figuratively satanic.

Once I came to terms with the idea that satan does certainly exist, than it was simply an extension of logic that God must too.

But I'm not here to proselytize.

Like Frenchie, I think it's cool that more and more people are open to the ideas of spirituality and faith.

The only thing I would say to you is this: you're steadfast faith that God does not exist is not iron clad fact. You cannot prove it anymore than I can prove he does.

We will only find out for sure when it is our turn to meet death.

Actually, there is a lot of reason to believe that Jesus didn't exist at all, or at least in the way that people generally believe.

I think religion is as dangerous as man-hating.

This is a premise based on the idea that all religions are equal.

Which one of the 10 commandments makes you think a God fearing Christian is dangerous and hateful?

Living amongst a society for which the 10 commandments are the commonly accepted and adhered to code of morality is what built orderly civilization in the West in the first place.

Not to be nitpicky, but Christians don't claim Jesus was a man. Jesus was God in human form. This incenses Muslims, who call it heresy.

The Bible contains excellent observations about male/female dynamics, though not necessarily great role models. Other stories have been mentioned, but the line of Abraham is an awesome illustration:

1. Abraham and Sarah are old. Sarah tells Abraham to go sleep with her servant Hagar so he can have kids, so he does and Ishmael is born. Then later Sarah gets pregnant, and Isaac is born. Sarah gets jealous and sends Ishmael and his mother away. Muslims claim Ishmael is the father of the Arab race and rightful heir of Abraham, resulting in 6,000 years of strife.
2. Isaac has 2 sons, Esau & Jacob. They're twins but Jacob came out last so Esau is heir to the estate. Esau is a manly man, he loves to hunt. Jacob is a mama's boy. Esau marries a woman his mother can't stand. So mama works out a scheme to trick Isaac into giving the inheritance to Jacob on his death bed, cheating her other son out of his rightful inheritance. Ruins family gatherings for the forseeable future.
3. Jacob goes to work for Laban for 7 years to get the right to marry Rachel, but then Laban tells him custom dictates the older daughter has to marry first. So Jacob marries Leah, then works another 7 years to get Rachel. Jacob has 12 sons between the 2 of them, and if you read the story, you see that one has a kid, the other gets jealous and makes him knock her up. They're giving their servants to Jacob so they can claim the kids as theirs. Jacob ends up favoring his son Joseph so much above the others that they get so jealous they sell him to slave traders. Joseph ends up in Egypt, the rest of the family goes there during a time of famine, and end up enslaved to the Egyptians for 400 years.

I'm skimming. Really, go read the book of Genesis and you'll come away shaking your head. Rape, incest, adultery, polygamy, betrayal, you name it.

If you're really interested, as others mentioned, Dalrock's is the place to be for Christian Red Pill commentary.

I can't believe you watch Game of Thrones and don't find Genesis infinitely more entertaining.

I definitely do not think all religions are equal. Clearly, there are some religions that are more dangerous than the others (Islam).

You know, you're definitely entitled to your world view and opinion soup.

I will however, mention you in my prayers tonight. Maybe one day our Lord's grace will guide you towards the light and much like Louis C.K's response to the anti-masturbation lady, "and there's nothing you can do about it!" Banana

Don't waste your precious life time saying prayers for me..

Of course I find it entertaining. I studied all of the stories. It's a very great story. That's why it's held up so well throughout the ages.

Is someone doesn't like religion, they can always read "Asimov's Guide to the Bible". Isaac Asimov was a prolific writer and also an atheist. But he viewed the Bible as a serious document.
