Red Pill reading of the bible
I picked up the new testament today.

Talk about blue pill.

Quote:Matthew 1:18
His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.

Obviously she was getting dick on the side and pulled the wool over Joseph's eye.

Quote: Matthew 1:19
Then Joseph her husband, being just a man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly.

He knew it deep down, and didn't want the shame of cuckoldry upon him. Until he could mind-fuck himself into some excuse to raise this child.

Quote: Matthew 1:21
And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.

Could men who raise other men's children be labeled as having a Joseph Complex? Thinking that through raising an illegitimate child it will make up for the sins of others? That forgiving a sin (adultery) makes them holy and righteous and will make up for their wive's whorish ways? And that through teaching their bastard spawn to be righteous they are righting the moral scale of the world?

Possible...

This whole book is full of "blessed are the meek" "blessed are the poor" "agree with your adversary" "You shall not commit adultery" "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you"

Seems weak as fuck.

Jesus really comes down on sexual immorality and even looking at women outside of marriage... Whoops

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
old testament is like a a freaking Conan the Barbarian comic book. Its israelites running around slaughtering cities full of people because god said the land is 'theirs'. It also comes with pages and pages of rules for what to eat, who to bang and horrible consequences if people disobey these laws. There isn't an ounce of forgiveness and a whole lot of rape and concubines.

The old testament also contains the story of samson, hercules like demi god who kills an entire army who is then eventually undone by a deceptive hussy named delilah who cuts his hair and causes his super strength to fade. His enemies capture him, blind him and take him killed. He grows back enough hair to use his super strength to pull the temple his is to be sacrificed in down on himself and his captors. Bitch sold him out for 1000 some pieces of silver.

So yeah, old testament is way more red pill

Now if the church across the street from me would hold some red pill sermon about sinners getting hacked and shit i'd be first fucker through the door due to my close proximity.

A lot of people involved into occultism and metaphysics believe the 'God' in the Old Testament was actually Satan.

Yeah, the old-testament God was pretty damn alpha. He even struck a man dead for masturbating instead of having sex with his brother's wife.

The Bible is a bit of a mix, but what's for sure is that the red-pill stuff (mostly Old Testament) is never what's trotted out at your local church sermon.

You can find a good example in the article I wrote about this on ROK:

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
I think this is unfounded. While you may certainly interpret this part as being blue pill, it is interpretation rather than actual text that really matters. Christianity has sustained stable monogamous, patriarchal civilizations for over two milennia now, and sure didn't happen because its holy book instructed followers to engage in cuckoldry. Its recent floundering is due to change interpretations ("Jesus forgives lying sluts"), not the actual text.

My interpretation was that he pulled out and "let his seed fall on the ground." I think his brother was dead at that point? Kind of a funny story though.

People interested in this sort of thing should check out Dalrock's blog. I'm far from an expert, but my impression is that the Bible, despite individual passages that would make it seem otherwise, is thoroughly red pill. In other words, it contains an honest and accurate description of human nature.

However, almost all contemporary Christian churches have totally given in to feminism. They'll preach shit from the Bible only if it doesn't conflict with feminism. Political correctness is the top authority. The bible is totally unambiguous about how marriage is supposed to work, but good luck finding a church these days that doesn't promote the "she's the boss," "happy wife, happy life" ass-backwards craziness that predominates everywhere in the English-speaking world.

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
I went to an uppity Christian high school, which allowed me to study pretty much everything in the Bible. It was the kind of place where you had teachers trying to get open discussions going in class.

One discussion came from a teacher that I'll never forget. We were talking about biblical roles of men and women.

His point was that gender roles were created by God, dating back to creation, and proven at the fall of man. God gave men and women different curses due to their sin. Women were to experience pain in childbirth and thus, child raising. Men were to experience pain and suffering while plowing the fields, or working.

The teacher then stated, and I'm paraphrasing, "Women that send there children off to daycare to work jobs they hate are CHOOSING to suffer both curses."

I've always thought that it was strange to choose to dump your kid off at childcare. I understand some mothers don't have a choice. But, this idea never left me.

Ever since that discussion I've been leery of career women with kids. I haven't met very many that are happy with their own lives, AND have husbands that are truly happy with them.

This is a very good point. Women abandoning their natural function to leave kids in daycare so they can work at a job to get money so they can keep their kids in day care is a very odd thing. It only seems normal because its so common.

Keep reading, you're only hearing the life and story of jesus christ. Yes it was fucked up, that's the point Jesus came from an imperfect family. Everyone knew that. Who better to save mankind than from a bastard child.

The new testement doesn't get interesting until Paul comes around. Read Romans if you want something really red pill and a good introduction to theology.

To call Jesus' life blue pill is probably the best way to describe his early childhood. It's an excellent place to start to show how a man can come from that horrible beginning and perform some amazing work.

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
Ezekiel 23, some porn about two slutty sisters:

The word of the Lord came to me: Son of man, there were two women, daughters of the same mother. They became prostitutes in Egypt, engaging in prostitution from their youth. In that land their breasts were fondled and their virgin bosoms caressed. The older was named Oholah, and her sister was Oholibah. They were mine and gave birth to sons and daughters. Oholah is Samaria, and Oholibah is Jerusalem.

Oholah engaged in prostitution while she was still mine; and she lusted after her lovers, the Assyrians—warriors clothed in blue, governors and commanders, all of them handsome young men, and mounted horsemen. She gave herself as a prostitute to all the elite of the Assyrians and defiled herself with all the idols of everyone she lusted after. She did not give up the prostitution she began in Egypt, when during her youth men slept with her, caressed her virgin bosom and poured out their lust on her.

“Therefore I delivered her into the hands of her lovers, the Assyrians, for whom she lusted. They stripped her naked, took away her sons and daughters and killed her with the sword. She became a byword among women, and punishment was inflicted on her.

Her sister Oholibah saw this, yet in her lust and prostitution she was more depraved than her sister. She too lusted after the Assyrians—governors and commanders, warriors in full dress, mounted horsemen, all handsome young men. I saw that she too defiled herself; both of them went the same way.

But she carried her prostitution still further. She saw men portrayed on a wall, figures of Chaldeans portrayed in red, with belts around their waists and flowing turbans on their heads; all of them looked like Babylonian chariot officers, natives of Chaldea. As soon as she saw them, she lusted after them and sent messengers to them in Chaldea. Then the Babylonians came to her, to the bed of love, and in their lust they defiled her. After she had been defiled by them, she turned away from them in disgust. When she carried on her prostitution openly and exposed her naked body, I turned away from her in disgust, just as I had turned away from her sister. Yet she became more and more promiscuous as she recalled the days of her youth, when she was a prostitute in Egypt. There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses. So you longed for the lewdness of your youth, when in Egypt your bosom was caressed and your young breasts fondled.

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
I get a strange feeling when I see biblical text from a translation other than the King James -- it is so ugly. Here is that passage from Ezekiel 23 in its lumbering KJV glory:

Quote:1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:

3 And they committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised the teats of their virginity.

4 And the names of them were Aholah the elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine, and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were their names; Samaria is Aholah, and Jerusalem Aholibah.

5 And Aholah played the harlot when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbours,

6 Which were clothed with blue, captains and rulers, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding upon horses.

7 Thus she committed her whoredoms with them, with all them that were the chosen men of Assyria, and with all on whom she doted: with all their idols she defiled herself.

8 Neither left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the breasts of her virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.

9 Wherefore I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, upon whom she doted.

10 These discovered her nakedness: they took her sons and her daughters, and slew her with the sword: and she became famous among women; for they had executed judgment upon her.

11 And when her sister Aholibah saw this, she was more corrupt in her inordinate love than she, and in her whoredoms more than her sister in her whoredoms.

12 She doted upon the Assyrians her neighbours, captains and rulers clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding upon horses, all of them desirable young men.

13 Then I saw that she was defiled, that they took both one way,

14 And that she increased her whoredoms: for when she saw men pourtrayed upon the wall, the images of the Chaldeans pourtrayed with vermilion,

15 Girded with girdles upon their loins, exceeding in dyed attire upon their heads, all of them princes to look to, after the manner of the Babylonians of Chaldea, the land of their nativity:

16 And as soon as she saw them with her eyes, she doted upon them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.

17 And the Babylonians came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their whoredom, and she was polluted with them, and her mind was alienated from them.

18 So she discovered her whoredoms, and discovered her nakedness: then my mind was alienated from her, like as my mind was alienated from her sister.

19 Yet she multiplied her whoredoms, in calling to remembrance the days of her youth, wherein she had played the harlot in the land of Egypt.

20 For she doted upon their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

21 Thus thou calledst to remembrance the lewdness of thy youth, in bruising thy teats by the Egyptians for the paps of thy youth.

same old shit, sixes and sevens Shaft...

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
Proper Christianity is pretty clear that husbands should be leaders and wives should submit to their husbands. Athol Kay's Captain / First-Mate idea has been used for thousands of years.

Ephesians 5:22
Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church.

Many more passages from the Bible on wives submitting to their husbands are here: Submitting to your husband

As darklightdispatch says, wives are in open rebellion against their husbands even in Christianity. I third Dalrock's blog as a fantastic resource which made me realize the red pill wisdom in traditional religions. Some example posts (mainly showing how feminism has spoilt traditional Christianity):

Reframing Christian marriage
How should Christian men respond to slutty women? Marry them!
Feminist foolishness posing as Christian wisdom
Denying the existence of feminism
Single mothers and the failure of Christian men to man up
Focus on the Family leader praises heroic single mothers
Husbands submit yourselves to your wives
40 years of ultimatums
The quest for a kinder, gentler carousel

Don't forget that the old testement is just a translated torah. Christianity's beginnings don't start being recorded until the new testement.

I'll say it again, take a look at Romans for a good 101 interpretation of what Christianity is all about. Start first with the new testement and then include the old.

Side note: it's really interesting to see this in here. I've taken an interest in theology and have been going to church again. Fun times to be had!

The bible (old testament in this example) had lots of practical advice founded on the red pill sprinkled among bullshit. For examples, look at their awareness of cuckoldry and measures to prevent it. I am not religious (i.e. i'm an agnostic), but I have to give religions of the world some credit.

King Solomon also has some good advice on women. Based on the history that the guy had 700 wives and 300 concubines is likely he saw every kind.

I think I posted this somewhere else as well but even for the agnotstic and aetheist, Odin drops some great advice on women in the Havamal/Odin's song.

RE: Red Pill reading of the bible
The Bible should be taken as a holistic story IMHO. The story is about God (or however you refer to him...fate, whatever) being fully masculine and fully feminine.

In the Old Testament you see a totally selfish God. He's vengeful, violent, self-preserving...really the Dark Triad. Lavish your praise upon me sorta shit...I am the I am. He killed a guy for touching the Arc of the Covenant because it was falling over...seriously, because God had said don't touch it. What a dick.

In the New Testament you see that same God giving completely of himself to humanity. He's all forgiving, etc, etc, don't need to explain because the fem-Church has sold itself to this part of the story.

I read a book called "A Place for You" by Paul Tornier that changed my life. He explains the NT / OT as First Movement (masculine) and Second Movement (feminine). What I realized when I took the red pill and reading that book was a term he calls Premature Abdication. Basically giving of yourself before fully understanding that you don't have to. Think of being taught (told) to share your toys. If you're taught from birth to share your things, they aren't really ever YOUR THINGS, so you never really understand what SHARING is. You're doing it because you were taught to and because your parents said it was the right thing to do. You can't really give that which was never yours.

And this is what the Bible explains. I remember in high school asking my dad (preacher) what the point was of the Old Testament. I realized it when I took the red pill. The old testament is over 75% of the Bible. It's only the last few hundred pages where God shows the given, selfless side of Himself. God couldn't have given completely of himself without first taking 800 pages of being selfish.

No tree can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell. - Carl Jung

The best lack all conviction, while the worst...Are full of passionate intensity. - Yeats
