As others have said:
1. Don't Watch Internet Porn (especially the "tube sites")
2. Eat Right
3. Exercise
4. Try not to Fap (if you feel you must, limit it to once a week, and still without porn)


I would also like to add that there are natural/herbal supplements which help with this. Yohimbe and Horny Goat Weed worked for me.

I went through the same problem as the OP a couple years ago when I was only 24. I was going through a dry spell in which I fapped and watched porn a lot. If the problem does stem from watching too much porn if it a mental issue and not a physical issue. The blue V will only help for physical issues.

After finally moving to a new place, and pulling a chick this weekend, only to experience the same issues of not being able to perform or stay hard for more than a few seconds I'm looking at the no porn/no fap as an attempt to cure it. I'm also going to add some Zinc to my regiment as I'm probably not getting enough of it. Eveything I have found says that you will need more than 30 days, for many under the age of 30 it can take 90+ days, which scares the shit out of me, but I guess that's the result of rewiring my brain with daily porn and masturbation sessions for the last 12 years.

Big blue also helps emotional/mental discomfort. It's strong enough that if if the wind changes direction; your dick will spring into life.

That's a short term solution. If you had an issue with good old john hiding when the titties come out, then a blue V will get him to show up on stage.
The more you think about it, the more nervous you get, the more it cowers away, it's a cycle.

The long term is work out, limit the fap to once or twice a week, etc etc.

I had been having the same problems. And it really used to get me depressed in the morning next day. I did two things that helped me which many people have replied here too:

1. Not drink too much alcohol just before sex.
2. Increase the protein intake in my diet over all. This has helped me immensely as I find my erections really getting very stiff. I'm sure it's not just psychological.
3. Only wank when I feel excited (this is tough for me but working on it).

This truly happens to all of us at some point. You can't "will" yourself to have a boner, you just have to relax and let it happen. It's sort of like sleep in that way. The harder you try to fall asleep, the more elusive sleep seems to become. You have to surrender to sleep and it's the same with boners.

This is not physiological. For some guys, girls taking control kills the boner.

I'm proposing a solution. Rather than get disoriented, fight fire with fire and start dominating. If the dick is limp, bend her over and slap that ass. That's what she's asking for.

But there is actually something somewhat relevant i forgot to mention, the night after kambo i had my first wet dream, ever. At the age of 33. Even back when i was celibate for months (to fix porn-induced ED) i never had one.

It`s all good though, i`m not recommending it for anyone. It`s alternative as fuck and i had other reasons to do it.
And i agree there are other ways to deal with ED better suited for most people.

When you mentioned getting stoned in your response to my earlier post I got thinking about the effect that smoking used to have on me. I would become, for lack of better words, paranoid-ish and introspective... Questioning myself... very much "in my head" which I find nowadays almost always causes boner problems.

Just out of curiousity, do you get high a lot? are you high when trying to fuck?

Often I think it's just the girl you're with. Sometimes they just don't get your dick excited. If it only happens now and then and not with every girl, I don't think it is anything to be worried about.

In any case, hitting the gym and quitting porn are 2 things that have certainly helped me.

For sure the kambo opened up a block of some sort for that to happen.

I think there is someone to this. I've been with some hotties with whom I had drunk and had a version of whiskey dick, but it was also apprehension (too much to get into here) --- the attractiveness of the girl didn't really matter. Still, others, I probably drank similar amounts and while making out had a huge boner. It was like a mating instinct difference. These two I'm talking about it wasn't like I was doing much different, though I was a bit older for one.

The only thing that might be worrying me these days is how quickly I bust first, because as I get older (especially if I had a few drinks) I wonder if he'll get back up, or at least, how long that would take. Maybe the right answer is --- doesn't matter (and then it'll "work" out either way)
