But I have never had a fair one v one. I was once jumped one night by 4 guys and all they managed to do was bite the tip of my thumb off.

A little common/practical sense can go a long way. I have been INSIDE of clubs shining and flossing but I was not shining in the line. My chains and bracelets are tucked nicely in my pockets and I am looking all average and insignificant. Once I get into the club, I make a B-Line for the bathroom and get all "shined up".

When it was time to leave the club, one more trip to the bathroom or a insignificant part of the club and I "unshine" myself.

Easy.

You can talk all the shit in the world to me. That's fine. Words have little effect if you've spent most of your early 20s trying not to get shot or blown up. The second I process that your desire to get physical with me is genuine - I'll be the aggressor. Many times people have tried to rub their chest against mine (possibly latent homosexual in nature) or push me I just fire back with a straight right and proceed from there. The last dude who tried to grab me buy his shirt I ended up getting him in a standing arm triangle choke and embarrassing him in front of all his friends at a house party.

Fighting in bars over women or perceived notions of 'disrespect' is the dumbest thing in the world and I hate it yet simultaneously physical strife and competition is a vital component to a well balanced man. I'm a huge fan of combat sports and have been an avid MMA practitioner in the past. People who train are rarely the trouble seekers. Every man should know how to defend itself. Real, dangerous men don't go looking for fights. I've had enough of that shit but if I recognize a dangerous situation I know how to handle myself and eject at the first possible opportunity.

And that is why I ignore anything said to me. Sometimes instigators have 20 others in the club to support them. Me and my boys do not travel that deep and none of us pack, so it's best to keep it moving.

Internationally, I RESPECT THE NATIVES. That is what has got me through the years of travel. There have been international chicks that I banged because initially I thought she was with a native and I declined...only for her and the native guy to say "nah nah man I am not with her....do your thing".

A little bit of respect goes a long way.

Where did I ever say that I expect people to fight fair, obviously not everyone acts that way. You can still make a judgement call on someone while being realistic.

How often does someone get "glassed" in the UK? The entire country has cameras. What happens when you get caught? They can spin assault with a deadly weapon here for doing shit like that.

Best way to handle those street fight situations is never to get involved in them.

And one thing that haven't been mentioned here is that some girls are actually trouble magnets. I don't know how they do it but some girls will make thugs blood boil and get you in a fight

It's quite possible that you are in "risk taking" mode more than some of us or at least me. I can be driving and running low on gas, but I see a gas station and there are too many "loiterers" around, I will look for another gas station. If at a club, I am not going to attempt to pull some girl who may be associated with a mass group of other guys. Still, at the club, I may opt for valet parking than taking the chance of walking alone.

I always live by "take the practical over the perceived more masculine". There is nothing wrong about taking the safe route sometimes.

I have been jumped 3 other times in my life, not including the time I already mentioned.

Twice I was with a girl, twice I was by myself.

The other time I was with a girl was in the 7th grade. I had just beaten up a classmate of mine in school. I don't remember what we were fighting over but I remember fighting him in the bathroom at school. It was just the two of us in there. I took the top off of a metal garbage can and smashed him with it. He never told the teachers or anybody.

A few days later, I was walking home with a girl, not a girl friend, just a chick from the neighborhood. We were walking and talking thru a park, the next thing I know I am on my back getting pounded. The kid got his older brother and friends to jump me. They got me pretty good. Luckily, some older guys who were there playing soccer pulled them off of me.

When I finally got up, the girl was still there and she walked me home. This was the 80's, if it would have been today they probably would have beaten her also.

I have also been jumped after a pick up basketball game, over some shit talking and rough play.

I have also been jumped by some older guys in the neighborhood for no reason at all other then the fact that I was an easy target.

Beating a guy up puts your family at risk. Guys will follow you home.

Street fighting is Russian roulette. A street fight can easily turn into a deadly situation.

I lost a close friend to a street fight. 5 guys stomped on his head until his skull caved in. I know another guy who is now paralyzed from getting stabbed in the back.

I get a rush out of putting myself in dangerous situations.

And I do things that one might think are "crazy" or "stupid". Interestingly enough, nothing bad ever happens then.

In Latvia for instance I was jumped (or could be qualified as "unavoidable confrontations") 3 times in a week.

1. Going to go eat some of those crappy ravioli things they make.
2. Talking to a Russian girl, was Karate Chopped from behind.
3. Outside a bar smoking a cigarette, got in a brawl with a huge Shaved-headed, Leather Jacketed Russian than ended up f*cking up my back and causing me ongoing injuries. I still made his face look like a plate of Latvian Food.

I think I recall Roosh having problems there too. And he can correct me if I am wrong, but I think he was punched from behind in Poland.

In Playa Del Carmen, I was jumped going to go eat a taco.

Hardly one would qualify as dangerous situations and pushing the envelope.

I can't even remember the number of brawls as a youth. And I never start fights. Not since junior high anyways. Maybe high school.

For me, I just charge it to the Game. If I am out a lot I figure I will be in the wrong place at the wrong time every now and then.

The odds are that you will roll snakes eyes here and there.

This randomly jumped from the back usually means that you pissed someone off and he waited for a situation where he would have a clear advantage on you... Once, A small group waited near the bathroom for one of my friends to go unload his beers and right as he put his pants down they jumped him. At first it seemed random, but later we found out he was hitting on one dudes gf

Earlier this year my girl and i were out celebrating my birthday. We are crossing the street and these 2 homeless dudes cross against the light and start with the cat calling at my girl.
I tell her to ignore it and move her to the opposite side of me away from the dudes. When the get to our side of the street the purposely walk towards us and start calling me nigger asking me for money.
She knows i can take care of myself (20 of martial arts) and she starts to move away from me. They lunge at me and try to do some ufc style take down and we're rolling around on the ground for about a minute the a few cracks and screams and I'm on my feet again. I crush one dudes jaw and break the knee of the other guy.
The cops roll up about 30 seconds after the fight is finished...
Luckily there were a few witness' because the one female cop was determined to take me to jail on my birthday but the guy cop just kept giving her the look of wtf is wrong with you.

I dont have any tolerance for nonsense like this. I always carry 2 knives if I'm able to.
