So what exactly was the point of the video? He does not offer any solutions.

Life is competitive. Get over it.

His analogy is fucking stupid. He actually says people decide to get hungry. They don't. Through his analogy, he reinforces that liberals don't actually favor autonomy, just illusions of autonomy.

Yeah there's definitely some TED talks I really enjoyed, but I find it's becoming more so a form of "intellectual" attention whoring.

You see this especially with the younger crowd doing those TEDx independent events.
