Nowadays, it seems most Athletes have always and continue to cheat in order to give themselves that extra edge above their natural competitors.

Makes me wonder if Usain Bolt really is a natural athlete considering he completely defies the norm due to his stature.

I wonder what % of athletes are actually juiced up.

Maybe they should just allow steroid use for the future or hold two different events, I'm sure that would be

a hell of a lot more entertaining to watch, with all things being equal.

"These are all big names. To take Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay out leaves a big void in our sport.

"We have to sift out the negative people and we will never be in a win-win situation. When you expose these people it can have an adverse effect but it is important to do so, for the future of the sport and the next generation."

He has run 9.88 seconds this year for the 100m, but failed to make the Jamaican team for next month's World Championships.
"I want to be clear in saying to my family, friends and, most of all, my fans worldwide that I have never knowingly or wilfully taken any supplements or substances that break any rules," Powell said in a statement.

"I am not now - nor have I ever been - a cheat."
Gay, who is the fastest man in 2013 and won gold in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m at the 2007 World Championships, is waiting for the results of his B sample.
He has already withdrawn from next month's World Championships in Moscow.
"I don't have a sabotage story... I basically put my trust in someone and was let down," he said.
"I know exactly what went on, but I can't discuss it right now.

All athletes at a professional level are on AAS, Insulin or HGH.

It's a case of damned if you do (get caught) and damned if you don't (do drugs) in Olympic level athletics.

What stops these athletes from coming out and saying "Yes, I took PEDs. Everyone at this level takes them. The sanctioning bodies know it, the coaches know it, the judges know it, everyone knows it. It is impossible to compete at the highest level without them, when everyone is taking them. The first step in eliminating PEDs from sports, is to be honest about PEDs in sports."

For me personally, if they did this and did not rat on any other athletes, I would have a lot more respect for tham than saying "I never knowingly took PEDs." Because we all know that is horseshit. No professional athlete is dumb enough to get roofied with PEDs.
