I am pleasantly surprised. Here are the rules working against women for once. In summary the Dentist canned her because she was too hot and he was concerned she would try to start and affair with him. She sued and the court upheld the option. Caveats are that the judge(s) were all men and its in Iowa which is damn religious.

I wonder if this could be a precedent anywhere to keep women out of an office...I mean what woman is going to present a defense that she isn't attractive?

ah ok there is more to this. This chick worked there for 10 years, so did the wife, she would make "comments" to the dentist and was fired after she found out the dentist and the receptionist were texting each other outside of work. http://www.cnn.com/2013/07/12/us/iowa-ir...le-worker/

I think thats some game recognized. Instead of sexual harassment and a divorce after getting busted they guy was able to just fire the chick and replace her with a new one.

I would rejoice if some female would get legally fired because she is too fat. But this incident is a victory of a betafied husbands ugly and bitchy wife over his less ugly assistant. And all of this is in perfect tune with fat acceptance. Nothing to celebrate here.

I think given the context, that the woman was pursuing the dentist, then the wife found out... And as a condition of not ass raping him in court, asked him to fire the assistant... That is not discrimination. She just wanted her 5 minutes of fame and/or did NOT want to accept the consequences of her actions.

Like this is a surprise to anyone? This is basic mate guarding behavior by the wife. It's the problem of being the "other" woman. Come on!
