I have been texting this girl I met via POF three weeks ago. She called me weird a couple times by text and on a phone conversation. She seemed to use the word in a cheerful manner and I don´t recall fucking it up.

No, the issue arising here is, what does it means when a girl calls you "weird"?

Is it a shit-test?
An IOD?
An IOI?

Really depends on the context. When she hears me talking to a dog in baby speak and says "oh my god your so weird" with a little smirk it's generally good. When I'm talking about how I took a year off work to play world of Warcraft in my parents basement (just an example ) and she cringes and says "you are so weird" that's usually a bad sign...
But yes definitely agree and amplify, dont over think it my brother.

Im with midnight, agree and amplify. And most of the time being called weird is a good thing.

Own that shit. I remember a talk show host, Jason Ellis i think, that talks about accepting and owning your faults and they can never be used against you.

For some reason I find it hilarious to bark at dogs I see in parked cars. Sometimes I play out a conversation in my head as we bark back and forth at each other.

"Anti quit barking at dogs, your so weird" - female
"You shouldve heard what he said about you. I was defending your honor, no punk dog is gonna talk about my bitch like that. Are you always this ungrateful?"

It fizzled out. I built initial atraction and suspense but since I never asked her out, she doesn't respond to calls or texts. The expected outcome.

Anyway, I think it is an appropriate strategy to agree and amplify. I've been called weird by another couple of HBs, amplified it, and at least it hasn't made any negative impact.
