I'm originally from Baltic States and live in Canada...and honestly, when you compare a lot of things related to social services, road conditions, telecommunications etc, I have to say Canada seems to be backwards in a lot of these things comparing to Europe (and I'm not bashing). Comparing Estonia to Nigeria is kind of silly, but I'd say there is more money in Nigeria...unless you are selling booze wholesale to the Finnish tourists in Tallinn
