I agree it wasn't real but for different reasons.

Fear Factor routinely gave people something disgusting to eat and claim it was something that would, in real life, potentially kill you...mold, spoiled meat and milk - even a "100 year old egg". It's all safe ingredients added to prepared foods to make them taste gross.

This is probably something like warm curdled milk with a thickening agent and a lot of salt added...something to make a chick think it's genuine.
