It's basically fucking impossible. Real food fills you up and is not addictive. No one gets up in the middle of the night to satisfy a craving for grilled chicken and asparagus.

These fatties are fat for the simple reason that they're addicted to junk food: carbs and sugar. They funnel this shit into their mouths every waking hour of the day and wonder why they can't lose weight.

Most of these women are so delusional and/or oblivious that they probably don't even realize how much junk food they actually consume in the form of snacks. So they really believe that diets don't work, because they will eat healthy meals but then consume 1500-2000 calories worth of sugary junk food throughout the day.

This is another reason that being fat is highly correlated with stupidity. If you're too dumb to recognize that grazing on junk food all day has negative consequences, guess what's going to happen to your body?

I had a inguinal hernia flare up last summer. It's an old injury from the Ranger Indoctrination Program back in 1989. So for months I sat around, ate crap, and packed on weight. It curtailed everything. I finally got surgery in January. I was cleared to exercise in March. I went strict Paleo, and started doing CrossFit football, interval training for cardio and I'm already 35 pounds lighter. I don't want to be the middle aged fat dude failing at getting quality pussy. I've been ripped, and I've been chubby, and believe me when I tell you in shape is a Helluva a lot better. As I age it's not about being the strongest guy in the gym anymore. Now it's about endurance and flexibility. That's why I'm loving the Olympic lifts. This broad is pathetic, and she's giving nothing but bad advice.

I've learned that women give HORRIBLE advice. NEVER, EVER take anything they say seriously. Is all about validation with them. And that's why you have fat bitches walking around wearing clothes from Baby Gap.

I've noticed that women largely seem to have no interest in bettering themselves, particularly if it requires personal effort, even more so if it involves discipline and control. If it requires little effort, say, latching onto a successful man, then they'll do it.

They just seem to be incurious creatures by nature. Even the educated ones largely just parrot back what they've be taught, rather than critically-think and form their own opinion on a topic.

Being at the mercy of something you can't control and believe you are powerless to change is a clear trigger for depression, so I have to wonder if there's a cycle in women that functions like this:

challenge -> natural laziness -> rationalised acceptance -> rationalisation creates false happiness -> false happiness needs to be maintained by constant affirmation of positive self-image -> affirmation lessens in power and value over time -> loss of positive effect of affirmation cause depression -> avoid further challenges due to depression -> grow lazier from avoiding challenges -> rationalise harder to pump up false happiness to greater heights -> need for unrealistic volume of affirmation to maintain false happiness...

I could go on. I feel that where men's lives have a natural flow to them, women are basically circling a drain.

This is a fucking health educator? Isn't there some kind of requirement whereby you're supposed to actually know something about the topic you're teaching?

This fat acceptance movement bothers me to the core. "healthy at any size" is bullshit and they bring up the archaic BMI Index as there rallying cry even though that metric has been dumped for almost 20 years now. Tell them about body fat % and they have nothing to say... these land-o-lake whales with like 40% body fat need to go jump in a grease trap.

Its the omegas whom let these fatties run wild. I seen some goofy IRT dude grope up and make out with some fat bitch last night at this shitty party I was at. I think he took that thing home too, shit was gross.

If these bitches weren't getting dick like in the 90's when they would sit at home and cry eating ice cream things would be a lot better for men. Back in the day fatties stayed at home in the dark and watched movies, usually with other fatties or on the phone with other large waisted women. They knew they had negative sexual value except to their vibrator... how times have changed. Now they go out each night and dressed in tight shit nobody wants to see, they try and dress all "cute" in their pin-up shit looking like they are wearing paint tarp as dresses.

Well put, couldn't have said it better myself...unless I was Don Rickels:

And yes, I've used these lines as burners before, have fun with them

If only. Most of the "educators" I've known approach it from the "I want to work with children" standpoint, not from the "This is what I have to offer children" standpoint. It's all about them and how working with children makes them feel. The children are secondary, like a tub of Haagen-Daas.

She's a woman. All that's important about a topic is how she *feeeeeels* about it.

Also: women fail upwards.

Quote:People always forget that processed food is designed to be as satisfying as possible and leads to addiction to shitty, sugary food.

It's actually worse than that. Junk food is designed to be as tempting as possible without actually being satisfying. I heard this recently in a report about Cheetos and similar food. They are designed to give you a big burst of flavor and crunch up front, then melt away in your mouth so it feels like you aren't actually eating anything. They fool your body's receptors so you don't get the signal to stop eating. You don't feel satiated, so you stay primed to want that next hit of flavor from the next handful.

But they're hideously fat even by BMI standards. BMI is still pretty accurate, it only doesn't work for heavyweight athletes.
