This helps a lot. Plus, just actually having a lot of sex increased my stamina. Also, it gets harder to nut after you've been with a girl for a while and you've seen her without makeup and know how much of a mess she is.

I would consider that too. Girls will still like if your not "amazing" in bed. However, I think you will enjoy sex more yourself, and it doesn't hurt for them to enjoy it either.

When it comes to improving stamina, erections etc. it's almost a catch-22 because the more you think about trying to last longer, the more likely you are to come. Sure you can think about baseball, but is that enjoyable? When having sex you should be fully immersed in the act. Well if you have a small penis there is not much we can do to help you, I have heard that there are some exercises that work, and surgeries, but obviously I'd never recommend anyone go to that extreme.

As far as sexual performance itself, I find that it's mostly mental, but there are a lot of other factors at play. When I say mental I mean how much anxiety you have, how nervous you are, how self-concious you are, etc. If you are really nervous and having a lot of anxiety you may not be able to even get it up, and if you do, you may cum super quick, like after two minutes of sex or BJ.

Stop watching porn and attempt the No Fap challenge. As time passes by you'll start to disassociate from the fictional reality of porn and start seeing sex as it should be (or however you want it to be) and your dick should follow suit. Based on my personal experience and from what others could tell you it isn't going to be easy at first but eventually you should be able to go a few weeks without having to much of an urge to "yank it like a monkey in a mango tree". I had this problem too. I'd suggest some ED treatments (Cialis or Viagra). They make you stay hard, and in a short time (say 3-4 bangs under the drugs) you should be able to stay hard on your own.

However, an erection is just one of the conditions to be good in the sack.

I recommend picking up a copy of "The Guide to Getting it On". This book is a great resource for everything that has to do with sex. Just reading about sex won't make you good at it though. Practice makes perfect. So go out there and get some!

Most sex books miss the mark and try to make you into a technical wizard. For sex to be good for a woman you have to understand the psychological components.

For example, the idea of dominance. Which will also really help you with maintaining an erection and unleashing the animal.

Yep. Vitamin V will let you perform regardless of any mental distractions you experience in the moment.

Get hold of a steady girl and put in the hours. Even if she's a couple of points below the level you deserve, you'll gain valuable experience.

a) How many girls is this a problem with?

b) If its one girl, it her not you.

c) Condoms + Giant Vaginas = no cumming

e) The girl's performance is more important than your performance
