Ok how about his situation.

Close your eyes and imagine this.

You come out to the pool to get some sun.

There's a girl sunbathing on one side of the pool. You decide to sit on the opposite side...

After about ten minutes you're ready to get in and cool down.

You loosen your swim suit a bit and dive in. When you dive in your shorts fly off. Now you're but necked and halfway across the pool.

You emerge from the water and exclaim "Shit!" causing the girl to look at you. She sees your shorts floating and you swimming to get them.

Now open your eyes.

Chat her up a bit. Have a little fun. When the pool starts up, pick her up and throw her in the water.

If she's in the pool:
Keep dunking the living hell out of her.

Do this only when she's in her bikini. Shorts or her holding her cellphone and putting her in the water will make her hate you (I learned this from experience ).
