RE: Is 40 the perfect age for Game and Swooping?
I hope so, I'm approaching 40.
I see this just like sports. Some athletes can maintain into their late 30's and 40's, others start to fade around 40.
The athletes that last long are the ones who take great care of themselves. They get good rest, they limit their partying, they eat right, they exercise religiously, etc. They follow a strict anti-aging gameplan.
I also relate this to cars. If you want your car to last long, you have to take care of it. Change the oil, keep it tuned up, keep it garaged, wash it, wax it, etc.
If you ignore these things, your car is going to age quickly.
Some guys peak out at 34, others at 38. Some guys can maintain well into their 40s, others are fat and balding at 36. It really all depends on the individual and his genetics, lifestyle, diet, attitude, and health.
It's sad to see a guy peak too early in life. All the late nights, drugs, and booze can add up. That stuff can age you if you are not careful.
Take a break sometimes, drink some water, take a nap.
The life of a playboy can be a long journey. Pace yourself.

The key factor here is they ALWAYS took care of themselves, from the beginning. Even when they could get by without the extra care, they did anyway. Some wait until they start declining to do the extras, and then it's too late. Countless players lost what could have been 2 or 3 decent years at the end because they didn't maintain and pamper earlier in their careers. That principle applies for non-athletes too. If you always took decent care of yourself, you'll hit 40 and look considerably younger (unless you start graying, but even then, your face will still look younger), and more importantly, you'll feel so much younger.
"The best kind of pride is that which compels a man to do his best when no one is watching."

Definietly. Just like some guys look terrible at their late 20s.
Now, staying in shape is very important though genetics is ultimate key.
First guy . 50 years old. Looks like in his 30s. He smokes and drinks a lot.
Second guy. ( a musican, Varg Vikernes of Burzum) 39 years old. Looks like in his 50s.
Never drank alcohol neither smoked or did drugs.

Yeah, in my opinion context, genetics, work ethic and vibe are everything after 40. I came late into game theory so for me, at 45, every year is getting better. Since I turned 40 I have only slept with one girl over 23 (28). The last chick I was with said to me "you look young for 36." That being said the ugliest, dumbest, most broke dude I know is rocking 50 because his game is impeccable. He just cold approaches every girl EVERYWHERE. And every now and again he nails one of his hot daughters 23 year old friends. I don't know how he does it... this guy is UGLY and broke. Just pure gift of gab game. He recently commented on how ugly he his and then I asked him how many chicks he's banged and he said without hesitation "3 or 4 hundred." This convinced me more than ever that we live in The Matrix where attitude is 99% of the battle. Whether your issue is age, money, baldness, low T, negativity, doubt, or whatever: "I think, therefore I am." Work on controlling the mind and training the body. Feel good, and you will look good.

RE: Is 40 the perfect age for Game and Swooping?
I don't look my age and neither do my friends in their 40s.
But if you asked anyone, "What would be your ideal 'vampire age,'" that is, the age you'd be frozen in for immortality.
No one is saying 40 and the sweet spot is 29-34. The engine is firing on all cylinders. You have the energy and vitality of the young while having the discretion and judgment of the old.
Life is still good at my age and there are plenty of guys doing just fine in their 40s. Arnold was around 40 in Predator and Stallone was in his late 30s and 40s during his Rocky sequels. Bruce Willis was pushing 40 in his first Die Hard, and the Hollywood leading man is usually 36-44.
But it's a male hamster to say life is at it's best. Arnold at 40 was not Arnold at 27.
The body starts slowing down. The skin doesn't glow quite as much. By now we should have reproduced and slowing down is nature's way of having us eaten by a predator or killed in an accident.
Don't get me wrong. I still feel great and there are many anti-aging strategies to employ, so I won't be out of the game for a long time.
But it's also essential to be realistic and taking advantage and enjoying our youth.
Like I tell young guys who fret over money, "In a second, Warren Buffett would give you all of his money if he could have your youth. You are rich and won't even appreciate it until your money is gone."

RE: Is 40 the perfect age for Game and Swooping?
^ If you're white, use sunscreen. Photoaging is huge. Look at Arnold's skin. Too much time in the sun baking.
Juice a lot of greens. Every single guy I've got into juicing has said, "Man, people have commented that my skin looks great!"
Skin is an organ. Your skin is often a "canary in a coal mine" about your overall health. Not always, but often. If your skin looks good, you're probably good on the inside.
When you're past a certain age (anywhere from 35-40), it's time to start taking testosterone.
There are books and non-profits devoted to this stuff. But if you do the following, you'll look and feel 10 years younger:
1. Lift and do cardio
2. Juice greens like kale, spinach (there's a whole thread on the forum on juicing)
3. Wear sunscreen
4. Look into TRT/HRT
Drinking lots of green tea helps, too, as does fish oil and on and on and on.
But if you're not lifting, doing cardio, wearing sunscreen, and getting greens....then the rest of the stuff isn't going to do all that much.

RE: Is 40 the perfect age for Game and Swooping?
I can vouch for all of mikes comments above.
Juicing = changed my skin
Lifting weights = no brainer
Green tea >>>> coffee (coffee now makes me sick).
The thing is, this may be crack pot theory, but drinking once a week may be good for you? Generally drinking makes you laugh/smile/increases your mood so no need to go apeshit and go 100% healthy.
90% healthy/10% unhealthy is a good balance, you don't want to be stressing about everything you put in your body 24/7 365, because I truly believe the #1 worst thing for your body = high stress
Never see a guy who looks old that has had a stress free life.
Note: I'll come back on the no alcohol thing as I'm doing a 45 day challenge as we speAk. So far I feel about the same as when I was drinking 3/4 drinks a week.
