I tend to agree with the old Roissy dictum that one third of girls like significantly older guys, one third don't like them, and one third are neutral. You just have to screen out the ones that don't and game the ones that show interest.

Any guy who's 40 should absolutely be going after mid 20's at least, if not younger. I'm 50 and I've banged a 23, 25, and 26 year old this year and they were all hot. The 23 year old I pulled from a bar, the other two were SA girls, which is cheating a bit I guess, but if you're not cheating you're not trying right?

A good thing about being a man is that you can get better looking as you get older, which never happens with women. I know I did- I rarely got complimented on my looks when I was younger, and when I did it was only that I was "cute". Now, I get told frequently that I am good-looking, handsome, or hot. A few days ago I was a at a local bar which is kind of a tough guy's hangout and a woman walked by and said " You're too pretty to be in here!" By no means are these women all in their 40's either- I get plenty of attention from the younger ones too.

Work out hard, stay reasonably lean, get some muscle, dress well and a bit younger than you are, do what you can to keep your hair and have a cool hairstyle, have game, and you will be surprised at how many younger women will be attracted to you

Even hair isn't as much of an issue. I've been shaving my head since I was 35 and I'm well over 40. Just look at some of the baldy "sex symbols" over 40; like Bruce Willis and Jason Statham for example. Keeping healthy and in good shape, style, taste, dressing well with age appropriate well fitting(tailored) clothing, good quality nice (usually expensive) clean shoes etc. also important. The only thing worse than seeing an older guy dressing in bad clothes with trainers and baseball caps where comfort is key, is seeing one who tries to dress and act like a hipster 21 year old. Acting and behaving younger than you are or denying your age, is not the way to age gracefully. In fact, we should be embracing it! Confidence is still number one regardless of age.

There will always be women who will like your "type". When I was younger I attracted women who liked the trendy "pretty boy" type, however there were women I just could not get no matter how "pretty" I was and I would see them with men who were my opposite type. Now that I'm older, I know that there are women who will never find me attractive no matter what I do, then again there are women who will have fetishes for my "type" regardless of age. It's like women who just go for Black dudes, for example. Believe it or not, they will actually seek you out.

Also, we didn't have the internet 20 years ago. If you can earn enough money, you can relocate. National borders and location may no longer be a real factor. You can always find more suitable and acceptible places that are more agreeable to your lifestyle and the women you want to have, or not have.

There are always options in life regardless of age, its all in how you approach it.

Agreed. Nothing looks worse when a 35+ guy wears jeans that are too tight. And skinny jeans? UGH! Men of a certain age look best in straight cut or boot cut jeans that aren't too tight.

I do wear slim fit shirts, but I can pull it off since I am in good shape. Indeed, I think the slim cut with an extra button open gets me looks.

As a man, you can extend your shelf life well into the 40s even 50s (maybe 60s?) by being in shape and dressing well.

Large group of men look better when they are older. It’s not a rule but still.

Basically it all depends on different factors. Major factors is genetic and being in shape.

Some guys have their prime very early , like 20 - 25 and age very fast and badly. Some other look their best in their 30s or even 40s.

Me, I get a HELL more attention from girls at 35 than i got when in my 20s.

I rarely managed to get date from cold approaching in my 20s. I struggled to get a number actually. Now, at 35 i get dates easily. Make outs and SNLs happen too.

Last Saturday I had sex with 23 old. She was decent looking , a 6-7 in my book and she approached me in the club asking if i recognize her ( it turned i talked to her when i was hammered some time ago) We had some drinks, dance and I took her at my place.

Now in my mid 30 i feel in zenith of my life.

I think 4 factors play a role here.

1. Genetic. I look young at my age but at the same time more masculine than when i was younger. I lost some face fat and my jaw line is more chiseled. My cheek bones are more pronounced and all my face structure is more defined.

2. Fitness. I work out regularly and i gain some muscles. I also stay in shape and try to keep my body fat low.

3. Confidence and experience. I am much more calm confident now than in my 20s. My body language and expression changed a lot. I am much more experienced as well and my so called "game" is way better.

4. Style. I found my style and I am much better on choosing clothes. It helps a lot.


As I said before every one is different though.

Don't know the answer to this one. At 37 I pulled a smokin 19 yr old. Redemption from my previous pull which was 43. Both were hot and most my friends who saw them were impressed.

I think its all in your frame. Looks wise, unless you're a freak of youthfulness, around 35 you start having to pay more attention to your looks regardless of $$, status, experience, game. Its just inevitable. I would say 35-37 is the ideal age.

While I would agree your confidence and experience are peaking around 40, the edge of youthfulness you genuinely retain under 40 becomes more difficult to pull off. Unless of course, you are either 1) famous, 2) independently wealthy, and thus 3) have unlimited time to constantly be exercising and dieting right, updating wardrobe, etc.. and finally 4) are not tied down by time constraints like your kids (especially young ones), a 9-5 job, shitty location and logistics, etc.

I think 40-45 would be a grand age to be gaming in the larger US cities, or abroad. But not everywhere.

Hair is not an issue unlike some said. Just shave it and don't try to hide your baldness with weird comb over hairstyles. I have no hair and every girl makes a joke about it but once I laugh and make a joke about it myself and show I don't give a fuck then it's forgotten and I progress as usual.

I agree with others that 35 is the sweet spot when looks, confidence, money etc. all come together but I don't think that it's a big drop off after that, I think if you are stylish, have game, take care of yourself then it's a gradual decline. The oldest girl I banged this year was 26, most were early 20s and on Saturday I take out an incredible looking 18 year old whom when I met on a night out recently.

It is never your age, it is always you! My father is 64 but he has the energy and physique of a 45 year old. He is settled down now with a 20 something Indonesian chick ( non bar girl ). Don't settle at 35 thinking it's your last chance to get something decent, it isn't. Improve your lifestyle, improve your game, lead an attractive vital life and you will blow the 25 year old competition out the water a lot of the time. I can honestly say that at 39 I do better than ever. Do I look better than ever? No far from it. My hair loss makes me look older, I carry a little extra timber around the waist and on the jaw but I can now invite women into a much more attractive world. I have more cash than before, I fuck better than before, I make them laugh like never before, I dress better than before etc. etc. I am simply a much better all round person than before and women see that.

If you improve every year by the time you hit 40 and beyond you will be unstoppable.

Vorkuta - I always like your posts and your honesty, I agree that only a very small percentage of men look better as they get older. I think after a certain point you become comfortable in your own skin, what becomes attractive is your personality and your vibe.
I also have no hair but it is not a problem, I have to train extra hard in the gym these days and it looks like I might have to cut back drastically on alcohol (looks like I might have gout).
I wish people would stop referencing movie stars, they pay thousands of dollars to maintain their look. I wonder how much money Nicholas Cage paid for hair transplants!

Anyone else notice in most cases, white skinned people age much faster than darker skinned?

I'm quite fair skinned but I tan extremely easily and my skin maintains the tan months after summer.

If I look at my parents, 53 and 50, they definitely do not look their age, and could easily get by being early 40's. That's considering the fact both have been smokers their whole lives.

That might have to do with me having a Latin background. It's weird because family friends who are Canadian and are younger than my parents by 5-10 years look older than them.

If there is one downside to this, it's that I won't be hitting this 'prime' until much later. I do have some what of a baby face which has gone a long way in the past year. Now that I have started lifting much more and become more aware of testosterone (changing my diet) my face structure has changed and I have more facial hair that matures me a bit.

I've also noticed that blacks and asians age extremely well.

I would choose 34 if I could go back. For me, the attractiveness of women after they hit 30 starts to drop very quickly and then at 35 it's all over. The number of women I've met IN MY LIFE over 35 that I consider 'attractive' and would WANT to bang (not just 'would')? Easily less than 10. They can be "attractive for her age" but that doesn't make them absolutely attractive to me.

At 40, there are a lot of girls mid-20's and below that will simply not allow themselves to go with you. It's not you, it's them. They'll just shut you out with their preconceived notion that you're 'old' and gross, or at the very least it's weird. There's not much game that'll get past that.

So being 34 leaves you with still a sizable number of women in their early 20s, and everybody in the mid to late 20s and the occasional one in her early 30's that kept it together. But there's very few women that won't do a 34-yr-old guy cuz he's not old enough.

The advantage of this age is the wide net below you as mentioned, and the confidence that comes from all the added notches over the years. I would say Im much more confident compared to just 2-3 years ago. And I wasn't hurting then.

Being established financially also helps.

However to still be relevant in your 40s, you need to be vigilante regarding staying in shape. You can get away with partying easily in your 20s. In your 40s, you'll have a spare tire in no time. So eating right and hitting the gym harder than ever is essential.

Location is also relevant to answer this question. in Toronto, girls have freaked out when finding out i'm even 8 years older than them ...'what are you doing here?! a bitach once asked me in a club after learning my age

In places that we like to travel (EE, so forth), the age gap thankfully is less relevant. With gender roles still intact, women expect that a man they meet will be older.

Like many things in life, mid 30s to 40s game can be greatly augmented by money. Women could understand that you are broke at 22, but not at 40.
