My girlfriend apparently hates condoms and asked if I would go bareback after she got a pap smear. Now my understanding is that while a pap smear might find an std, it doesn't really go looking for them. You might have an std that isn't identified by the smear. But she says that if the pap smear goes through, it's a clean bill of health...who's right?

Every girl gets the condom initially. If something comes out of it, like I end up banging the broad for a few months and she's down with it I remove the condom. Pap smear generally is for cancers, not for STDs. You'll need genital swab AND blood test (HIV, syphilis) to cover most STDs.
