I'd be very careful who to raw dog in SEAsia. If it's a girl you're picking up in a club/bar, then I wouldn't risk it. If you know it's a "good" girl and you'll know it based on how she behaves and talks, then I'd do. Apparently Ukraine has a very high HIV rate, and the fastest growing in Europe. I would say act the same in SEA as you do in Ukraine.

The stats vary a lot between different countries in SEA. The adult HIV prevalence (15 to 49 years old) in Thailand & Philippines:

Thailand: 01.30
Philippines: 00.10

For the Philippines it's really low. Even compared to European countries (e.g. France is 0.40). For Vietnam it's also high, while Indonesia seems to be comparable to Europe.

Cfr. USA and Ukraine:

Ukraine: 01.60
United States: 00.60

Although these stats are about the general population... If you go shoring in Pattaya these stats will probably be skewed

Another possibility is that the stats in each country are gathered by different organisations with different agendas.

You can get just about any result from a survey or referendum, depending on how you ask the question.

I feel it's safe to raw dog in Ukraine, especially since the quantity you're plowing through is low. I don't think I've met any player who has banged more than 5 a month here, though slubu may do it. It takes a huge amount of labor.

I'm in Ukraine mostly to study Russian. It's my current project. So I would like to stay in FSU countries for a while to maximize this project of mine, but eventually I will need a break from FSU, and I wouldn't mind trying a new spot.

I'm pretty sure the HIV rate is so low in Phil because it has the lowest tourism rate in SEA, and it used to be even lower. STD's don't generally come from just one place so the more isolated a place is, the lower the STD and HIV rates will be. I generally felt safe raw dogging in Phil. I had a system based on how much LMR they put up as to whether or not I would raw dog them. If it was more than the average man would be able to pull down, then I would raw dog. If it was none to something the average man could bring down... I wrapped up.

This also gave me more motivation to break down high LMR, as rawdogging is a much greater reward than wrapping up.
