To me, not even top 50 honestly. But to each their own.
I think even if you are a fan of middle eastern girls, Syrian and Iranian girls are a lot more beautiful

Some are gorgeous, most are not.

IME Turkish girls are generally not very approachable for foreigners, but there are definitely exceptions. I once made out with a 6ish Turkish girl on the plane, who I had met while boarding. And she made all the moves.
