It was a completely unprecedented doxx by 4chan's /fit/ board. They usually like him there but someone went rogue and thought it would be cool to post his personal info.

it's a shame, because this guy gives really good advice, especially for newbies. And even if you dont agree with his advice, the message that he tries to pass fora healthier living is to be applauded.

I have only watched some his videos. My impression was, that he always tried to deliver quality content. There are Psycho-Assholes everywhere... seems like he has good plan of how to move on.

Started watching this guy's videos. Good stuff, I like him, very down to earth. A couple notes:

- Very good stuff on varying workouts week to week, including volume, pacing , and time between sets.

- Bulking bars videos...I made some last night. Lotsa peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, oats...very simple.

- He believes only go 90' on chest exercises...and the guy has unbelievable pecs. Maybe I'll try not going so low.

- I'm all about his non-judgmental attitude. "If you want to follow another fitness guy, fine, whatever gets you excited about fitness"..."I don't do NOX or creatine, I don't recommend it, but if you want to, that's up to you" very non-judgmental. "If crossfit works, great."....etc.
