The incident did get a mention on the Today Show this morning, though they didn't mention her by name. They were doing a segment about the right way to go about getting good customer service. You're right though - if they do have her on, they won't come at her too hard in the interview.

Women get so out of line that it's becoming increasingly difficult to separate legitimate cognitive impairment resulting from mania from normal behavior.

My mom has legit biplor and I grew up seeing what happens to a person in the "manic" phase.

That chick doesn't strike me as an entitled American bitch. She's a mentally ill person who needs institutionalized until they can get her on the right medications.

I could be wrong, but that's my take.

Either way, the video is depressing. More women ARE acting out in such a way that you can't tell if she needs help or if she is just a bitch.

If I am mistaken, I apologize, but the guy getting shit on sounds like he has a little bit of accent and so I am guessing he either immigrated here or his parents did. I bring this up because that means he wasn't raised by Americans as we know it. Not raised by the culture that makes nutjobs like the bitch in the video. I am not sure how your average 18 year American male would have handled the psycho. With no discipline or situational awareness skills he might have made it worse on purpose. Or just not given a fuck but Dunkin Donuts lucked out on this day not to have a marketing disaster (yes, it was possible even though the bitch clearly was stirring up trouble.)

I'd rather have my kid raised with some manners and calmness than the craziness that is growing in this country.

So a +1 for marrying a foreign chick (I know there are exceptions, but you know where I am coming from) and only having kids if you really want them.

I mean this girl could have just been an accident. And the parents didn't put any time into raising her.

I prank call Dunkins every couple days. Did you guys know they don't have caller id? It's because the management doesn't want them to screen calls....

Anyway, I freak out on them with different accents demanding meat lovers pizza deliveries, arguing if my apartment is a business or not because I want some food delivered, ordering sandwiches out to the parking lot when I'm not there etc etc. I use Russian or Ghetto accents..

The kid I know there tells me the stories and it makes their day when stupid shit happens there. He doesn't know it's me doing it.

Most companies that deal directly with the public have training, or at least a manual that instructs them in how to deal with the occasional irate customer. Your job is to be as accommodating as possible, and try to get them out of there as quickly as possible. You're supposed to take insults, etc. and not make it personal. Just the same, he did an extraordinary job, and the culture he came from may have aided in that. As we've seen in some of the McDonalds brawl videos on YouTube, some of the employees simply aren't willing to take that kind of shit from crazies. If she had tried that at say, the West 4th Street McDonalds in NYC on a Saturday night, she would have gotten her ass beat. She's one of those people that takes the maxim that the customer is always right to an unnatural extreme. She felt that being "wronged" entitled her to say and do whatever she wanted in return.

To some degree you're right but by definition if it messes up their life it comprises a mental health diagnosis. Like you say, women can today get away with more without it directly messing up their life. No one will confront them- AT THE TIME. But it happens later, indirectly.

No male or female boss who's seen any of that behavior would want to hire her.

You can imagine how this woman functions in a normal job setting. Especially as she's hitting the wall now, when she was 17 her body may have been really pretty hot because she's skinny and she could have a lot of orgasms, but now that she's fading, people are going to make fewer and fewer allowances...

Wouldn't be surprised if she ends up hooking or on Social Security Disability... good chance she's bipolar/severe personality disorder as suggested.

Shit, I know that Dunkin Donuts. Oakland Park isn't exactly an upscale neighborhood and attracts way too many borderline types who simply couldn't function outside of southeast Florida.
