Yeah, I know, go see a dentist. But dentists where I am right now are all private practice and really fucking expensive. And I don't have full-blown toothache, just in the last few days I felt the beginnings of a niggle, a dull ache of mild discomfort every ten minutes or so in one of my back teeth. No hot or cold reaction yet.

Is there anything I can apply to the tooth that will help it re-enamel itself? I know I've been eating too many sweet things lately, so I'm going to cut that out. I already get plenty of Vit D and calcium.

rinse with salt water at least twice daily.

I'll get some toothpaste with NovaMin, rinse my mouth with baking soda solution after eating, and also with salt water a couple of times a day. I've never been keen on Listerine but an ex left a big bottle behind, so I may as well use it up.
