i was in Vang Vieng 9 years ago. Wow, it did not look like this. Tourism has really taken off.

I had a friend go to the Full Moon party last year. Said it was like 8 guys to every 1 dirty backpacking/dreadlocked swamp donkey.

Couple of years ago, Yahoo voted Belgrade the number one party destination in the world.

It's maybe not quite what it was, but the nightlife is really cool, mixture of fancy places and hip underground clubs/bars.

I’ve been to all but Cartagena, Ibiza, and St Tropez. All the others are good. I got the feeling Monte Carlo was too sophisticated to get real wild, but I may be wrong. Mykonos is a lot of fun with a lot of nice looking nude girls on the beach. Goa is hippie drug capital of Asia.

Vegas is fun and had the best looking strippers I’ve ever seen anywhere. South Florida had the second best I’d seen, but haven’t been back to either in 8 years. What’s your thought for the best TheGManifesto?

Cancun and any of the Spring Break locations can be great if there at the right time. Has anyone been to Fantasyfest in Key West? I've done Halloween and New Years Eve in NYC. Unfortunately, places change quickly and festivals change greatly if the police start cracking down on the wildness!

Las Vegas #1 in my book.

Although I am a South Florida Gentleman's club novice.

I never go when I am there.

I like New Orleans a lot.

I heard Tampa and Phoenix are really good from reliable source, but I haven't been.

Honestly, I haven't been hitting up Gentleman's clubs like I did 2-3 years ago when I would go 1-3 times per week.

I was in Vang Vieng 3 days ago. It was definitely not my scene at all; only lasted 36 hours before I had to get out. Besides the unattractive backpacker ghetto town itself the girls were truly awful, either grotty backpackers or shockingly ugly gap-year types herded around on an organized tour. Not recommended.

Vang Vieng is OK, the surrounding area is beautiful, there's loads of outdoor activities to do. The tubing is fun IF you actually tube, most people just stand at the 3 bars at the start of the river and don't actually float down it on the rubber ring. It's a great experience, beer in one hand, joint in the other, floating down a river with mountains and jungle surrounding you, stop somewhere on route for more beer and magic mushies. Then there's other stuff like kayaking, the blue lagoon, rock climbing, caves to explore and so on. However it's a town that's been built exclusively for backpackers so if you're not one of those you'll be bored quickly. I went a few years ago now and probably wouldn't rush back but I had fun at the time, though do remember getting pissd off at some of the stupid backpackers at times.

It's definitely not one of the best party spots in the world IMO though. Just a small village in the middle of nowhere filled with backpackers getting drunk by a river all day.

I agree with Gringoed about Brazil 2014.

I will add to the list the Argentinean coast in summer ( january-february).Most of the porteños ( from Buenos Aires) go to cities like Mar del Plata, San Bernardo, Villa Gesell and Pinamar for the beaches and the party. It´s a Latin version of the ¨spring break¨. ( young people 18-25, heavy drinking, sex on the beach, and no parents at all in some places).
Also Punta del Este in Uruguay but definitely more expensive.
