Meditation:

tl;dr
take a nap before meditation

Start with a little workout: I do some shadow boxing to the vid of rocky vs. drago (I use a standing desk and earplugs so it´s loud enough)

Take a nap for 10 minutes. Get up do a little work out to feel fresh.

Now sit very comfortably and close your eyes for 10 minutes (or more). If it´s easier for you, you can count your breath or just count only.

Get up do a little work out so you feel fresh.

My theory is that it is always difficult to meditate when you feel tired. So having a nap helps to not feel tired.

The micro workout sessions program your mind and body to feel energized and make you ready for the next workout after the nap/meditation.

Their problem isn't that they don't work - 99% of them do - but that one doesn't remember them when he needs them, or doesn't have all the materials at hand. Still, it's nice to read.

There is one about not bringing a charger to a hotel and not to worry because the TV has a USB adapter. Amateur. You lose your charger, go to the front desk and ask for one. They'll hand you a box with about 500 in it since probably every 5th person leaves their charger in their hotel room when they leave.

That's a good ^^one another hotel one for distance commuters (or people sleeping in there cars) especially for the CDL truckers. When traveling during the night stop at a hotel for your ten hour rest period 9 times outta 10 you find parking space and free WiFi also free breakfast in the morning. Starbucks coffee drinkers keep you cup and get refill the next day 1/4 the price...
