Teacher Still Suffering For False Molestation Charges

A 12-year old girl falsely accuses her teacher of molestation for disciplining her because she was acting like a cunt. He beat the charges but his life is ruined. No punishment for the girl.

To have to live through this is very difficult. If it was me I would chose not to live with it. I would move to another country.

I read the article, whenever it is a potential felony, never talk to the cops. This guy talked to the cops, he was a naive nice guy, and it might have helped if he hadn't. One of the cops was a chick. She has had cases dismissed in the same jurisdiction in the middle of trials because she is a shitty cop. Women on average are stupid and given to emotional reasoning. Never talk to the cops.

Why do you think the Supreme Court created the Miranda ruling alowing you to keep silent? If you think about it isn't it obvious it must have been after decades if not centuries of abuse by cops twisting and manipulating testimony? My guess ( not a lawyer) is that
they knew damn well any time a cop talks to a suspect they have him at a massive disadvantage, their record is unassailable, and any mistake you make can be twisted and used to manipulate a jury.

I read the article, in it it describes how detectives, after the false accusation, came to the school and talked to him-- not mentioning what it was about-- and he talked openly and admitted touching kids.

Of course it was totally healthy and appropriate according to all the information in the story but cops are used to dealing with lying, criminal people and that gave them some ammo so at least they knew they wouldn't get in trouble for accusing him because he already admitting touching kids with two officers and the principal there. That is a big consideration.

Refer to the video about never talking to the cops. . If you politely assert your rights from the beginning you possibly look more like someone that could cause them trouble.

Of course the cultural dilemma is how can you effectively coach kids without ever touching them, but that is the puritanical, paranoid, society that malignant misandric feminism ( where men are always presumed guilty) has given us

You'll notice cops follow the same rule with the press-- when members/officers of the police department that fucked up and wrongly indicted this guy on total shit evidence were asked for comment by the press, all except the spokesman whose job it is to comment refused to say anything.

The spokesman just issued a canned statement about their careful procedures, defensively asserting they hadn't fucked up.

I searched for and added the link. It's a talk by an experienced cop who's going to law school.

The part that's really the killer is where the cop describes how YOU can be telling the truth, but if someone else is honestly mistaken and their testimony contradicts yours, YOU look like the liar. You can be totally innocent and honest in your testimony, and STILL have it used against you.

Guys, the problem here is not that the man talked to the cops. Staying silent would have helped him, but honestly there is a bigger factor: society has stigmatized being a man around children. The image of man as an out-of-control, not-to-be-trusted horndog pops up in cases like this, in the airline seating rule about minors next to adult men, and in other parts of our culture. It is absurd but people are paranoid.

This girl learned that it is ok to accuse a man of molestation and tear him down, and she did it with the assistance of a man-fearing society.

You're right, I sort of mentioned this-- we're in a misandric period here.

But while I'm here I have to deal with it, it's going to take a decade or two at least to get smoothed out-- in the meantime I'm not talking to the cops, or touching any person under 18!!

What a shitty story. Then you have stuff like the guy with the biracial kids shopping at Walmart who had the cops waiting for him when he got home because somebody thought he kidnapped the kids (and took them shopping?). You know it was some busybody female in the store who alerted security. I can't imagine any man looking at this guy and his kids in the store and having alarm bells go off.

Every man is now considered a kidnapper and a rapist and a pervert. Even if you're Mr. Ass Kissing Nice Guy all the time.

So he was arrested and charged without any evidence, or the head investigator even talking to the girl who accused him? Then, after being found not guilty, the school district is totally fucking him over. They are doing him super dirty. Can't believe they can get away with that.

I once had a chick that was just a friend (banged her previously) and she was dating a guy that was also really cool. She got wasted drunk and we were taking her home. Some cunt was on the sidewalk bitching at her boyfriend while we were walking her to her place and she ran up and demanded to know what was happening etc. we were cool about it and then 5 minutes later cops are banging on the door and come crashing in. The girl told them flat out we were all friends and these motherfuckers STILL wouldn't leave. The bitch who called them must have said something pretty bad. If you think just explaining yourself and the truth will clear matters up, think again.

It's happening right now in my town. Old dude down the road had these two sisters, one 15 one 18 round his place socially. Both 3-4, dog rough porkers. Some would say he was a touch foolish. Some would say he's the last of an older school. They abused his hospitality, took other lads back there to fuck whilst he was down the local.

Anyhow, there was some issue over fifty quid he lent the eldest to pay a court fine- she refused to pay him back. Long story short, they're BOTH claiming rape.

What makes this exceptional however is the fact that this is the third time the eldest has cried rape. One never got to court. The second was some black dude down Pompey who was acquitted. So all the time this is going on, the old guy is down the local nick twice a week to check in as part of his bail conditions.

The best part gentlemen? The slag learnt it from her mother. Yes, her mother has cried rape on more than three occasions. And now she has an 18 y/o AND a 15 y/o doing it.

I always wonder what extent 'don't talk to cops' should be taken. Like if they stop you in the street? A fine? If they come into your house during a party? I assume the line is after arrest, but here they just visited his work for a chat. Do they even have to tell you why they are talking to you? If two cops came into my work just now to ask about how I handle the public it'd seem crazy suspicious to say 'I don't talk to cops'. Also in the UK I'm not sure you even have the right to stay silent, like I'm pretty certain if they ask you about a potential crime and you refuse to answer you can get lifted for obstructing justice or a variety of other nonsense.

I think the biggest problem here is a man actually wanting to be a public school teacher. But then for blue pill people, the words "I just want to help people" usually end up with you in some cliched profession anyway.

The last time I was looking for a job and somebody suggested I should apply to be a school teacher, I almost yelled the F word in church to make sure my "no" was understood. (That's where the suggestion came from).
