Re-game. Be casual and friendly, but aware. Depending on how things ended, act in a similar manner as before but tailor your language to subtly allude to maturity and a change in your ideology. If she doesn't mention that you should "catch up," take the lead.

As above, just act normal. I went into a restaurant a couple of times recently where I'd hit on a waitress, got a date and then she flaked. She was nervous as fuck seeing me, but I just kept things normal. She's put on a bit of weight in the past 5 months or so too.

Talk normally to the expired girl and go ahead and game her friend. You have an instant in and social proof. This is especially the case because a lot of the time, even with girls you fumbled with, the passage of time will give you higher value in her eyes. This will be apparent from talking to her and if she has any cute friends, they'll see it too.

It depends. If the girl is cool and things ended on good terms I'll say hello and chat with her and try to intuit whether she might be up for a rebang.

If it didn't end well, I'll just ignore her and if catch her sneaking looks at me (they always do) I'll smirk

I can't help but smile, with a look on my face that says "I've seen you act in a more animalistic way than almost anyone else has."

It's a great feeling. Recently had an old fb run into me when I was out shopping with my mother. Introducing them was delicious, this girl was incredibly uncomfortable around my mom and got super red when I introduced her as "my friend."
