Man I need to start focusing on day game, the bar scene up here just sucks so bad, the ratios are at least 4 to 1 guy to girls. Well I'm not Jariel, but I think SMV (sexual market value) is pretty self explanatory, it's your sexual value, or your evel of attractiveness to women and sexual worth. This is further determined by the "marketplace", the guys on the Australia thread are talking about how it's a race to the top there, with so many guys being 6 ft. 3 in. and jacked as all hell with strong game. Conversely it sounds like a place like Poland has a much less competitive market, where the local men are not as classically handsome, and have less outgoing game. Therefore depending on a who a guy is and where he is located and what the sexual marketplace is like, a guy's value could theoretically fluctuate.

Now evaluating your own SMV may be a tricky task, because a lot of guys aren't honest with themselves, a lot of guys have fragile egos and tell themselves that they are so handsome or smart, or whatever, on the flip side of that there are guys who have low self esteem that are really hard on themselves and may not be giving themselves enough credit.

So what exactly does SMV boil down to? Like I said before it's everything that makes you attractive to women, I would list a bunch of qualities, obvious your looks (face, height, body, and style), but also your game (i.e. social skills, seduction skills, communication skills), and finally your status and wealth.

A man who is 6 ft. 4 in., male model facial looks, and a ripped up built gym sculpted physique, that dresses very well will embody the peak of SMV, on the other hand a short 5 ft. 2 in., scrawny frail man, with an ugly face, that dresses like crap will be on the other end of the spectrum.

Last night when I got home I posted being kind of annoyed and upset with the bar scene, and said that I've improved my SMV, and shouldn't have to try so hard, what I meant specifically is that, I've worked my ass off in the gym getting into the best shape of my life at the lowest body fat %, I've worked on myself doing all kind of reading, my grooming and look is on point, and I quite often buy nice new well fitting clothes, and it's not uncommon to be one of the better dressed, more put together guys out at the bars. Still unless, I am running around spitting high energy game, my SMV in this market is not simply enough on it's own to attract women, at least not on the bar scene.

I like this simple definition Gio. I was thinking about SMV = how much receptive girls would be to you if they interact with you for 10 min (assuming you are actively engaging them), but then plenty of attractive guys who get eye fucked by girls have no game.

We talked about upping SMV by improving life/physique/knowledge, but I've been sitting down with my wings to discuss and I really have to say, we are not doing as well as some seemingly "losers" at the party.

Gearing up for summer. Working out like a beast. In just a week and a half of consistent hiit cardio and lifting, my face already looks more masculine and shit. That testosterone is no joke. And lowering body fat will bump anyone's facial aesthetics up a few notches.

This is my first summer where I'm gonna be hitting the dating apps hard. I didn't jump on the tinder bandwagon until about late August/early September, but now that it's dead, I hope other apps will prove fruitful. If I keep up with my workouts I'm sure my confidence will be such that I'll be doing day game approaches heavy. People seem to be in better moods in the summer anyway. Excited about that.

I’m not sure if turning down girls who are interested in me, that I’m not interested in, is doing me a favor in the long term.

Since the first few days of my journey I’ve limited my prospects stricly to girls I find at least cute. I tried tagging along with a not-so-cute girl for a bit and it wasnt pleasant at all. Both Gio and Travesty also recommend that, the best way to improve inner game (and game in general) is to only approach hot girls.

Ive had quite a few ahah moments thanks to this approach, and if I do spend some time with a girl its always a girl who gives me eyecandy. The downside is, I’m way behind most guys in terms of quantity. Ive ignored open invitation from hot MILF in clubs ; some girls in my social circle who even tried asking their friends to set us up. Simply because they are not my type. Like Gio I set myself to 18-25 y/o cute girls only

You're on the right path and take it from someone who's fucked a lot of women that barely passed the boner test, you're better off saving your mental energy for the ones that really excite you. One exception to the rule would be if there are certain women who are not necessarily your type but are on your "fuckit list" so to speak. Let's say you've always wanted to fuck a really hot cougar who was at least 20 years older than you. In that situation do it since it's part of your goals and mission. But in terms of just taking easy pussy that you feel meh about, I would pass.

I really liked your post because too often guys get stuck thinking that they have to be "perfect" before they can bang girls.

I was this way too at the beginning. I talked myself out of approaching or going on dates because I "wasn't ready." I wasn't strong enough, I didn't know enough game material, or I didn't have my style dialed in, etc.

Those were all excuses though, and to this day I'm probably still not ready, but I do it anyway.
