Of course they're scared of large groups of men united behind a cause getting together. Most every conflict in history has pitted large groups of men united behind a cause against each other. I don't consider myself an MRA by any means, but more and more men are experiencing a severe cognitive dissonance. They're being fed bullshit and what they see occurring doesn't add up to that bullshit story. Most men thankfully do not resort to violence. However for every 1000 of us there is at least one Sodini like individual just waiting hit their breaking point.

This guy should have known this was not going to fly. Splitting retirement assets accumulated after marriage is SOP and it will happen. I wonder if lawyers sometimes make poor clients because they think they know better.

Honestly, I don't understand why these judges, ex-wives and district attorneys don't get offed in a country that is packed with guns.

Being enslaved, living with violent criminals that can rape you often and brutally for an economic crime is ridiculous in the first place. When this happens for not paying 20,000 dollars a month to some crazy, money hungry whore, that deserves the people responsible to be punished because an unjust law is not a legitimate law at all.

When you breach someone's rights like that, you can't expect your rights to be respected. Fucked up.

He was married to a fellow lawyer, Regina T. Drexler. So much for women needing spousal support because they're not working power jobs. I could see some "spousal maintenance" if she had no career or prospects, but that's far from the case.

This is beyond infuriating! The worst is that this only confirms that American women are totally bankrupt as a human being, void of any decency and no conscience left in them. My God, 17K a month while she is the head of the IP department of a law firm? I'm sure she must be hurting financially and eating peanut butter sandwiches and living in a shelter. Poor little thing.

It's no joke to you younger guys on the forum, don't think it is, I know a ton of my ex college buddies who got utterly screwed in divorce proceeding by their ex's who either got incredibly demanding/fat/distant/had post-partem depression/got hooked on medication/cheated or whatever. @clever alias. You can't move it so close to the divorce, there should always be some with the trusted family member.

Anyway, this video was intense. What struck me is that this guy is a guy who follows all of the rules and the fact that they are working against him or broken is lost on him. Maybe he was thinking that family court would be like Tax court where the letter of the law is pretty strict and its a numbers game vs. family court where its whatever a judge feels like that day.

There was a red pill dangling in front of him and I was hoping that he would flip out and realize his normal life is over and drop out of normal society. I'm not an expert on trusts & estates, but suppose you were to form some kind of trust with a third party trustee (someone you trusted). Then you transfer ownership of your substantial retirement account to the trust, where only the trustee can make investment decisions (of course with your consent). Reachable by a QDRO? Alternatively, would it be better to form a corporation and sign the assets over to the corp? Could a QDRO pierce the corporate veil?

It seems that someone would have thought of these things already, or there is case law on it. I don't know.

I am not an expert either. But what little I have read indicates that an irrevocable trust may be a way to do it. I am not sure if fraudulent conveyance would also be an issue doing it so last minute. Even prenups don't do much any more.

I think putting assets into an irrevocable trust would be the most powerful way (aside from just giving it away). You would remain the beneficiary but not the owner.
