I've noticed this a lot lately. I will be walking down the side walk and a couple will be walking towards me when the girl will all of the sudden grab onto her man. Either an arm lock or they begin holding hands. I always make eye contact with the female first and than it happens. It's also happened the other way around where the dude grabs the girl as I approach.

When a girl does this I am guessing its a bad sign, like a "leave me alone" type thing but I could be wrong.

If a guy does it he is showing huge insecurity. Typical things he will do are when you are talking to her he will hug her from behind, kiss her cheek, hold her by the waist etc. Keep talking to her.

I was taking it more as a girl wanting to demonstrate her value to me type of thing.

Like she's subliminally saying, "yeah I'm interested in you but I have a man."

It's like they can smell the confidence on me and get intimidated so they grab onto their man thinking he can save them. Or they want to prove they have a boyfriend.

There's no way they would want me to leave them alone!

Yep, girls aren't capable of being honest about subtle things like this.

The bottom line is that a girlfriend who is both attracted and open to ditching her bf for you will pull away from him, not grab his hand.

So, even if these girls are counterintuitively grabbing their bf's hand because they're attracted to you they're still signaling some commitment to their dudes.

The one I've banged a lot says:

I've had this happen to me since High School and it's classic.

Last weekend I antagonized a situation like this because I was in an extreme idgaf mood in a club and it got to the point where the girl walked up to me and punched me in face lmao! I had her promptly thrown out of the club.

I wouldn't suggest pushing it to that point but i tend to do extreme shit to see where it goes for entertainment purposes. Her bf was a little beta bitch who wouldn't even stand up for his girl. Shocking. She was probably dripping on the dance floor when they escorted them out.

I think most men would come over if a strange guy was making conversation with his girl for more than a couple of minutes. If he didn't, we'd probably say the guy was a bitch. Men know other men. Men know when they're with an attractive woman. They know and understand that other men will look, and not knowing if she's with someone, may step to her and spit a little.
