Roosh recently wrote The Beginning Of The End and The Anticlimactic End Of A Player. But don't worry, Roosh's evolution is quite gradual; he has been preparing to drop out of game for over four years now.

Interestingly Roosh said when the forum started that he had met less than 10 quality girls in Washington, D.C. bars and correctly prophesied that "Washington D.C. is probably not the best place for me". Seriously Roosh, how many more quality women are you meeting now?

I think the decision is made unconsciously. You just find yourself devoting less time into girls because you don't find them to be as important OR you realize that the time you spent in bars and clubs is not fruitful, freeing up your time for hobbies where you will meet a quality girl who isn't just good at easy sex.

But even if we were to drop out of the game, that doesn't mean we leave our skills, our moves, and our charm behind. It stays with us, waiting to be brought alive for the girl we like. Perhaps you are never truly able to quit the game.

In the end I have to look at the facts. Hundreds of times in the bars and clubs, and how many QUALITY girls have i met? Less than 10. It's not paying off, so i must continue my work which will free me to visit other cities and countries that may have a better payoff. Washington dc is probably not the best place for me.

No; my comment was sincere, not combative. Roosh aspired to travel, write, and meet quality women while maintaining physical and financial health. I admire him for changing his life.

Lately he has been posting again about player fatigue and retirement. Last time he entered his travel phase. Now he has stopped writing bang-travel guides, and it will be interesting to see what his new phase will be. Meanwhile, it would be nice to see an assessment. The travel phase is not permanently fulfilling. But is he satisfied with the "quality" of the women?

I think quality means slim, pretty, sexy, feminine, friendly, and intelligent or interesting. It means a woman who provides enjoyable company, as opposed to a shrew who is only tolerable for some minimal time necessary to access an orifice. I think Roosh has found a number of such quality women and spent a month or so dating each. His travel phase was successful in providing the quality women he was lacking in D.C. But he is not ready to settle down yet.

In Europe, quality is very easy to find. It's no longer something I ache for or purposefully seek. It takes about one month in a new city to find such a girl, so my initial stays in new cities is hunting and then I usually find something nice that allows me to focus more on other pursuits.

3-5 nights a week. During the day I do 1-3 approaches.

I try to land one main girl, and if possible a backup. Then I scale it back to sometimes nothing, so my game efforts come in spurts. This strategy is good for regular sex, but as I mentioned on my blog, not my notch count growth has slowed.

The past month I haven't done much, but in two weeks I will hit a new country so I will start it up again.
