Yeah, can't take psycho out of them! By the way, they did have a big tussle with Yelp because people were leaving bad reviews, and that's before Ramsay. They will snap again.

True. People have been hating on them for a while. There are a negative reviews from all the way back to 2011.

It's not fake. She is a bit insane. However, Samy is a good guy in my opinion, and they treated me well when i have been in there.

Backstory...one of my best friends lives in Scottsdale...is a chef, and saw the crazy reviews (and responses) on Yelp back in 2010(?). He stopped in. made friends and had to take me there on one of my visits. Samy was gracious, they dropped a number of dishes on us and comped most of it.

It was slow when i was there...and I'm sure the operation is a mess. but its legit...not staged.

This episode is hilarious. Both are crazy assholes...

In North America, the service level is really high, so this place stands out but let me tell you that in many parts of the world, it's almost a normal restaurant, where you don't give negative feedback or nasty things can happen to you (in your plate to start with), you just don't come back.

In management theories, it's called exit (instead of voice)...

I'd do her. It would be in a safe room with no sharp objects and I'd tape the whole thing just to be sure, but there's no way I could pass up the opportunity to see what kind of crazy shit she does in bed.

She loses a good bit of attractiveness with that crazy make up. Looks like an overdone first attempt by a preteen girl - most likely she has spent a lifetime ignoring feedback on that too. If you could get her to give up the crazy and get a professional to redo it all, she'd probably look ok for a woman her age.
