Oh, maybe I should explain, I am in hollywood and think everything on youtube is fake. I am not saying that it can't or shouldn't be enjoyed. By the way, his bangbus vids are also fake, all of those definitely involve women that are paid pornstars. (one of the girls in his youtube vid is a pornstar as well, as pointed out many times already)

Vitaly seems to have made some really good legitimate videos. By producing fake shit like this he is 1) messing with his viewers who may try this and get slapped, charged, pepper sprayed etc. 2) brings the legitimacy of his other videos in to question.

Well, Vitaly did say he wanted to get into acting, so maybe this is a first attempt.

That said, I tend to call fuckery on vids that don't blurr girls faces out because it is pretty hard to get a girl's consent after the fact.

90% of his filming is done in Miami beach ( South Beach) area. I would know since I lived there. I am also pretty sure all of this is real. It took him possibly 10 takes to get a good one - but it is real.
Now Miami Beach is full of porn stars! It is totally normal to run into one just by walking the streets. They are friendly and many of them are not real "stars" - just some girls who do porn occasionally.
South beach is always about hooking up, like on spring break, so nothing he does is too outrageous for that area.

As far as him being in porn - again, freaking south beach. The Bang Bros are based there and always looking for fresh faces. It is super easy to get a gig and they usually have hot girls. The porn industry is very developed there. It's obvious he is much younger there,around 19 y.o I would guess.
