This is my guess too. Probably a drunken leak which might explain the small amount for a piss. The volume based on the size of the stain was too large to be semen and semen is too thick to soak through heavy fabric like that in an instant, especially if he's wearing underwear.

My verdict : Urine leak cause by too much drinking. Might have had whiskey dick since the stain is pointing down. Still hilarious all the same.

Oh man, that was so funny.

I'm going to throw a wild card here and say that the chick peed on the guy at 0:15 seconds, while the camera was off-target. Just before then, she seems to have deliberately pushed the guy down to set him up for the pee shot. Then she peed a quick spurt and then rapidly got up again to watch her work spread through his pants. The wet spot seems suspiciously near where she sat on him at 0:15.

It's just a wild guess though.

It's possible to piss with an erect Johnson, but it only leaks out. When you're erect, your dick is ready for sex and ejaculation, thus the bladder is closed off from feeding urine into the urethra so that seminal fluid/sperm can enter the urethra instead. You notice that often after you ejaculate and soften, you have to urinate because the bladder can now release urine again. When you wake with morning wood, you feel pressure to urinate, but you need to let it go down a bit to get full flow.
