You older guys have this problem? Lately I have to meditate on my nut so it arrives, especially for round 2 or beyond. It's getting to the point where I'm initiating less sex if I think the nut will take too long.

Try going on a kegel routine. See if that helps.

I was just thinking about this. I've noticed that if I hold back past a certain point, I can seemingly go forever. This is especially true for round 2 and beyond for me also.

I have one girl in my stable that I go raw with and I absolutely do not want an 18-year STD with her, so I am extremely vigilant in holding back the nut. Maybe this is a contributing factor.

This seems to be more of an issue with my regular girls. When I find myself smashing out some strange, the orgasm comes much more quickly. Too quickly, in fact.

Sinus problems and/or the continuous use of decongestants and antihistamines can cause this problem. They have some effect on the part of the prostate that connects with the urethra (sorry, this is the best I remember from what a doc told me). Also, sinus congestion itself for some reason affects sexual performance, or so said Dr. Dean on one of his shows.

I find the DC area creates a lot of nasal problems and not just because of the stench of corruption.

I'm only 26 and it takes me forever sometimes. It's really strange though. No problem and I am in my 50's. I would say exercise helps. A regular regime of weightlifting and cardio. The weightlifting is important because it keeps the testosterone high. Supplements like DHEA and HMB w/Creatine I believe help out because one can see their positive effects on the weightlifting regime. While I don't advocate getting huge, weightlifting keeps the muscles tight and young and keeps the testosterone burning.

I would also suggest active sports for the older guys. I don't mean pussy sports like golf, but I also don't mean for guys to go out and do anything stupid like tackle football. Playing B-ball at the Y is good.

One should also do something that gives one a rush. Like motorcycling, skydiving, etc. I have done both, and other similar in the past, but now I prefer motorcycling more than anything, and I can do it alone without having to take dickheads along.

I'm with the Taoists/Tantrists who believe the ejaculating multiple times can weaken your sex drive or even vital energy.

I prefer to ejaculate once... then just have intercourse for as long as I want to and not ejaculate a second time. I find the 2nd time weakens me and so then it takes a much longer to bounce back from that into wanting to have sex again.

But if I ejaculate for round 2, 12-24 hours later, or even even up two-three days later, then I can just increase the energy and enjoy it and want to have a lot of sex without ejaculating.

Shift your workout routine to include more core exercises with spinal decompression (full range situps and full range leg lifts) . Also get the heart rate up. Swimming is best but sprints and freehand squats will do it also.

As you get older you probably want to transition from weights to bodyweight training, less wear and tear on the joints. Plus you don't need the gym.

it's possible to screw up your penis sensitivity, you could try meds, or having sex less frequently, it could also be that you're not allowing your body to replenish sperm or your diet needs some work, peter north eats a bunch of celery to achieve giant loads, zma should help for that as well
