Seriously, Traveler Kai? I have been married for 5 years but I have never been in this situation. It's unthinkable to me. Why don't you send your woman to go shopping on her own? Why are all those men tagging along when their wives goes shopping? To carry bags? Do they reduce themselves to mules? I'll give you a small tip - when a woman has to carry her own bags - she is also spending less money and stops shopping when it gets heavy. So by not going with her the family also saves money.

You must teach your woman that your time is valuable, more valuable then hers. You must always have important stuff to do - work, workout, reading, mentoring children or relaxation. Because it is of uttermost importance that you are earning enough money, stay fit, stay informed, teach your children some life lessons and are well rested for the next rounds of these things. She must book your time well in advance and only on quality time together or on serious things only not on bullshit things like carrying bags.
