Okay, let me stick my neck out a bit. A psychopathy score of 80 (if answered honestly) is sooner a harmful personality disorder than a sign of alpha.

And being "Machiavellian" or "psychopathic" about some things is sooner not so much a sign of cunning intelligence as stupidity or a lack of foresight. Case in point: "Even if I were trying very hard to sell something, I wouldn't lie about it." No, I wouldn't lie about, not even so much because I consider it bad (I do) but because it would torpedo my reputation as a trader.

The website wisely states: "Be prudent about sharing your results, the dark triad traits are loaded subjects."

Also, I think its very important to remember that who we are varies dramatically according to the situation. Don't underestimate situational differences.

Finally, it all depends on what a person does with his behavior. Some people become with the Dark Triad become drug addicts/gamblers/small time scammers, some become big shot CEOs/politicians, others become serial killers.....and still others lead relatively normal lives apart from some issues w/ friends/family.

Its intetesting to profile personality, but just one variable amongst many.

I tried to answer as honestly as possible, thinking especially about how I was before reading your books.

I am pretty sure that in terms of this quiz, studying and practicing game will boost the Machiavellian score at minimum.

Some of the questions were worded poorly. Always a problem with pop-quizes. But fun and surprisingly accurate nonetheless.

   

I think this is fairly accurate of my own experiences. I tend to be rather empathetic for a guy who is shameless and manipulative as hell.

I agree that you have to be egotistical with social skills. I've always been cocky and manipulative, but I only started enjoying a lot of success with women after learning game- which some could argue I sought out because I'm narcissistic. These results don't surprise me:

These tests make no sense you should be high in all three here is why you would skew up

1. Narcism = egotistical about yourself. Now if you take a man who is obsessed about improving his looks/status etc... So it gets inflated
2. Machiavelianiam = manipulate... So if you talk to a girl you want to fuck and tell a white lie about being a princess instead of calling her out for being a cum guzzler on weekends.... So it gets inflated
3. Psychopathy = shallow emotions... So if you can control your emotions you will have lower reactions... So it gets inflated

Oh well though, we've been taught that hedonism/narcism is bad... It really isn't if you're a stand up person.
