Sorry if there is a thread on this. I searched and didn't see anything.

So here is the situation. I number closed a girl a couple weeks ago. It was a strong close with lots of attraction. She was a tourist visiting my town and lives about a 2 hour drive from me. We've been talking on and off since then, and we both agreed that that I will come to her city and spend a day with her. (beta? maybe, but I don't care)

Anyway, the problem with this situation is that it is far enough where I refuse to drive there-and-back in night. I also refuse to pay for a hotel room. So if I do go there, I will expect her to host me....but this is where it gets a little tricky.

How do I smoothly invite myself to her place? In the past, I've only traveled to meet girls that lived an hour away. In these situations, I would bring a 'just-in-case' overnight bag and leave it in the car. If things didn't work out, I could just drive back without any problems. (although this rarely happened). However this is a little more high risk, so I think its worth it to establish what is going to happen beforehand so I don't end up driving back late at night with my dick in my hand.

My thoughts on this are the following:
1. I suggest plans that are evening oriented ...dinner/drinks. Plan to arrive no earlier than 1800.
2. If she suggests something earlier during the day, I will tell her I am busy during the day.
3. After establishing our plan, if she does not already invite me to sleep over, I will say: " I will sleep on your couch, cool?"
4. If she balks at that, I will press further with statements like "I promise to behave like a gentleman, etc "
5. If she does not agree to anything other than me sleeping at her place, I will abort the date.

Does anyone have any suggestions on improvements? Or is this a solid model?

If she's willing to spend the entire day with you she sounds pretty interested.
Sounds like you're giving her too much control right off the bat. Stop asking her for permission.

I'd say something like, "Alright I'll pick you up about 12 and we can go for lunch".
Make sure you offer to pick her up so that you have a better chance of getting
in her place at the end of the day.

At lunch you can discuss all the cool things to see and do in her area. Ask her to
show you around. Meanwhile you've scoured the internet the day before for all the
good spots so you can steer her the way you wanna go

You need some casual place to chill out for a few hours in the late afternoon. Some place
with couches. Bookstore, coffee shop, bar/lounge.

You pick up a light dinner on the fly. Something tasty but cheap. Maybe one of the food carts
or gourmet food trucks. Avoid the sit down dinner date. She got one meal date out of you today
already

Come dusk start hitting the bar scene. No more than 1-2 drinks per bar unless she's giving you
some kinda play. Touching etc.

As far as the hotel thing goes ...What happens if she rejects you at the end of the night?
Are you going to drive 2 hours to get home? Are you going to sleep in your car? Fuck that.

Get a hotel room somewhere in the middle of your planned route.
You can even suggest going there in the afternoon "to chill out for a bit before we hit the bars".

Honestly I think you have a better chance of hitting it in a hotel room than her place. Does she
live alone? Doubtful if she lives in a city.

Bar hop, escalate and bring her back to the hotel room.

If she is not a good prospect for you, its better that you just leave it alone.

I have tried to do this and even if you get the bang remember you will have to invest 4 hours on some days just to go smash it again. If you want to do it for the bang or the story then go ahead. Otherwise keep gaming in your local area. You will catch a fish soon.

I have done these travel dates quite a bit-

As you suggest I only do night dates

I do not bring up sleeping arrangements in advance-I think this is a mistake. The girl doesn't know you well and she is less likely to offer to let you stay with her in advance. When you are on the date, touching her, she's drinking, and getting horny, she will typically offer if she likes you. She will state it as an offer to prevent you from having to drive when yo have been drinking and are sleepy, not as an offer of sex, and you should politely and simply accept it as such and not make any sexual overtures at that point. The times that a girl has invited me to stay with her i have gotten the bang almost every tiime-95% .

You must consider a hotel room as a option. You might be too drunk or sleepy to drive back. It also gives you a place to bring the girl if her living situation isnt good or to bring another girl you picked up if the date didn't go well.

Make a plan for what to do if the date doesn't go well. You may want to end it early and stay in the city for a few hours to game at local nightspots. Do some research on them.

You need to qualify her in advance and make sure she doesn't live with her parents or some other inconvenient people. If she has no roommates that's great, but you might be able t bang her even if she does, it depends.

Sure sounds like she's not really that sure if she's into you. On and off and you haven't even gone on a date? Doesn't seem like there's enough attraction.

You're going to promise to behave like a gentleman? Oh sure, THAT's going to get her to change her mind.

Look, you're going about this entirely the wrong way. Krauser is great at going on vacation/holiday and visiting girls. You need to go read his whole site so that you can learn how to attract girls and have them ready to let you whisk them into your world when you arrive. You're just looking at this from the entirely wrong perspective.

This is going to go nowhere with the approach you laid out. It's supplicating AND forceful at the same time. Horrible combination.

@Parlay - Thats pretty good advice, but I think something like this would work best for a 2nd date...where you hit it off with a girl, but didn't quite seal the deal. For me, I prefer to start dates in the evening. In a situation lik this, you could always decide when/if to meet the next day to do daytime activities. Its also a lot easier to eject if the date starts in the evening: "I have to sleep" vs "I'm not having fun. I must go now"

@MRXY - Sounds good. But if the date starts in the evening and she lives 2 hours away, ask about the sleeping arrangements, so they will most likely need to be addressed. So, if she doesn't immediately invite me to stay, I will as her if she can recommend any hotels. She lives alone and she seems DTF. I think its just a matter of not messing anything up.

@Android - I mentioned that it was a strong close. I'm fairly certain she's DTF otherwise I would never consider driving 2 hours to meet agirl. Why haven't we already met yet? SHE LIVES 2 HOURS away... Its not down the street. These things take a little time to plan. Also, I don't see how I am being overly supplicating here. I am the one setting the overall agenda..not her. Girls sometimes will have alternative suggestions. ..like "I don't eat meat", or that "bar really sucks". But if you modify you plan a little based on her feedback, its not completely horrible This is especially the case if you are visiting them in their town...Actually on that note, alot of times when I visit a girl in her town, I will tell them to pick things to do.. "Show me a good restaurant and cool pub" Sure, you lose a little control, but it puts pressure on her to please you with her choices...Its not such a bad thing. You might be right about the forcefulness. I'll drop the expectation to stay there and be ready to shell out for a hotel if necessary. BTW, "promising to be a gentleman" has worked when inviting a skeptical girl over to my place after the bar. (not always...but then again, nothing always works)

4. If she invites me over, we are fucking.
5. If she goes along with the hotel idea, then game as normal.
6. Backup plan: If she ends up not DTF, feign sleepiness and go out and game. (if not too late)

I agree with most of what you said. Remember with apps that others have mentioned you can get a hotel room relatively cheap in most cases before midnight.

As for the promising to be a gentleman line, I believe it works with you, especially if the girl is already really into you, I just don't like the choice of phrasing, but with the right situation the exact wording doesn't matter that much.

I'd be really surprised if this girl invites you to sleep over at her place when making plans. As the date progresses, sure, but not beforehand. I'd just drop the info that if you feel tired you might grab a hotel afterwards and just leave it at that.

#6 is the best part of your plan. If you aren't having a good time with her, drop her like a bad habit and go have some fun. Rolling solo, especially if you're not from the town can be an advantage and a great time.
