My "average" is abit skewed due to the parts of NY I frequent so will try to be as well rounded as possible...

P.S...My boys who are traveling at the moment, while they don't roll with me to high end venues, they stated they rather be in NY in terms of girls. To them they stated the average chick in (Scandinavia and Baltic was better) I think it's tough to compete with the "average" chick if all you do is hang in the high end scene. (Only other places are moscow and that's only due to door policy being possibly toughest in the world as a city)

I live in a smaller town in Canada and most of the girls wandering around are about 4/5. You get the occasional alright looking 6 but most of the infrequent 7 or 8s are wrapped up in daddy wealth social groups or they're already dating some douchebag. A lot of the nice girls that actually know they're attractive want something serious, and don't want to put out unless they've got huge returns lined up. The best luck you have here is with foreign students or at the university bars/festivals where some girls are actually considering a hook up.

TL;DR, not a lot of attractive girls.

My rule of thumb is that most attractive girls on OKCupid in an area are probably going to be representative of what an 8-6 is there. Having traveled cross country this past year, I've found that rule to be pretty true.

Try it out in your area or a city you've visited to verify for yourself.

There is a definite difference. A North Carolina 8 is a Los Angeles 4. (I've lived in both.)

The girls in my small Virginia college town are probably a point below LA and a point above San Francisco.

The combined power of this forum could probably make a relative hotness map of the country.

Spot on. In Mexico there are few "average women", due to the extreme differences in race, wealth, social cliques etc. I would put it like this: 70% ugly and fat, 20% ugly and thin, 7% average (an american 5-6, euroepan 4-5), 3% nice girls (were born in cliques, difficult to find, an american 7), 0.1% really hot women (americans/europeans 8-9s).

Keep in mind that in a country of 110 million the numbers are significant, but the proportion is hellish. You need social proof, money and access to cliques more than game. If you want to pull women from the top 10% you need, as a man, to be in the top 1%.

So Mexico might be the best country on earth to be a hot woman, as you would have tens of millions of males to choose, and no competition from women. It ls the opposite for men.

College-wise the best looking girls in my area are in....wait for it...Stanford. Other than that, most of the places in the bay Area are hit/miss and that goes for all races. That and people dress like shit here, especially in SF so that probably makes them worse to look at, LOL.
