I've known a few hookers socially. They are just as susceptible to game as any other woman. You'll probably do well with something similar to stripper game in terms of being a guy who's different and doesn't worship her pussy. Some of them do end up in relationships with their clients but that seems like an expensive way to get a woman to eventually fuck you for free.

But honestly, why bother? Even the higher end ones are still usually pretty fucked up people at their core. Why bring that into your life unnecessarily? There are enough crazy broads for you to meet randomly throughout your day.
