How would you guys play this?

I work with this bubbly Asian chick who pretty much digs my asshole game -- hovers around me a lot, initiates texts and emails on the regular, giggles at my rude comments, calls me by a special name, etc. She's okay but I am more interested in her office BFF, a shy, very feminine, very soft-mannered white girl of 26, slightly older than the Asian chick who is 23 (I am very much older than both, mid 30s).

I asked the white girl out a few times. She said yes the first time but then bailed and rescheduled at the last minute. I didn't like that and froze her out for a bit after. When I asked again, it was pure bad timing. She said she can't because her grandma was dying and she was distraught (it was true, grandma died a few weeks later, our office sent flowers). Later, while I was maintaining some distance, white girl reminded me that we were suppose to go on a date and asked what happened to that plan. I said I am not sold on her just yet and I would like to see more zest in her attitude first. She admitted she was being difficult and said she's just like that. One morning, I asked her to meet up with me at a subway station so we can go at the office together and chat on the way. She complied. I took that as a major IOI and asked her out for drinks again and framed it as her reward. She didn't respond to that invite. Zilch, nothing, no word at all. I froze her out again for doing that. It's been 3 weeks now and it doesn't look like she's gonna break.

So back to Asian girl, our dynamics is pretty much the same -- very flirty. She lost a bet against me and now she owes me a $300 pair of shoes. She makes very little money and $300 is big deal to her but I intend on collecting on my winnings and show white girl her office BFF is forking cash just to please me. They are very close, they go out a lot and I am sure they talk about me. Asian girl knows I like white girl more and she's kinda bummed about it but I guess bubbly is bubbly and shy is shy.

Any thoughts? Ideas? New angles?

I'm drunk and brainstorming here, but I'd say start showing more interest in the Asian girl to spark some jealousy/competition, for a start.

Edit: Kinjutsu has it right. You're pretty much done with direct pursuit of the white girl. The best thing you could do is just bang her friend. True story.

Shitty timing happens to everyone.
It seems like girls always have some drama going on.


My guess...is the friend you like more (white girl) is staying away from anything romantic or sexual with you due to the very high possibility her bff (the Asian) likes you a lot.
She's giving you the signs so it makes sense.

My suggestion is invite the asian girl out for drinks and bang her brains out. Fuck her really good and just let things fizzle out. Keep her on friendly terms but say some bs about how you've been really hurt in the past and aren't in the place for a healthy relationship with a great girl like her. Let her know you dont think you're a good enough man for her (beta/simp game). It'll give you plausibly deniability just in-case there is some blow-back. Once you're clear of her just keep up the asshole/alpha shit you been using.
Keep her on your side. Essentially "friend zone" her.
I've done it in the past to moderate success.

Also don't pursue the friend anymore, that shipped has sailed. You asking her out more than once after she blew you off lowers your value with her and by extension her friend. Asking once is enough. She declines...simply just move on to the next girl.
If the friend pulls that crap with how you were supposed to go out and whatever happened blah blah blah. Your reply should be only this: "Pick me up at 8:30pm. Here's my address..."
Don't even acknowledge her reply if it's anything other than a strong yes. Permanently put her on ice, be cool with her if you see her in public ask her whats up and other random shit to keep the conversation going.

At this point one of two things *may* happen.
1. She takes the hint and stops contacting you altogether
2. She sends you a text at night saying she misses you or some variation of that. This is your chance to seize the notch.

Otherwise charge it to the game.
