Short stories and retAining rights

I have been writing a lot lately and have accumulated a decent size catalog of poetry/short stories. I am looking to find a blog type site that will allow me to retain rights and still own my content. I read that you own Wordpress but they have full rights so I am pretty reluctant to post further on my site.
