lot of reggie, ur right. im talking about main stream reagetton. we walked all over el pueblo and no club was playing alot of it. also no club had a decent sized dance floor with alot of people dancing. they where playing alot of weird reggie / latin music ive never heard before.

Thanks for this report. I booked a flight for Thanksgiving week to San Jose. It sounds like I need to hit Jaco beach as well. This is my first trip to CR. I'm turned off a little cause it seems like a really hardcore scene. That being said, I plan to do some tours/photography while I'm there and any ladies will be icing on the cake. I'm not looking to do the assembly line pros or massage spots, although the latter sounds like a better option than the Delrey hoe tell. Anyone will be down there or have good intel?

I live here in between my travels but am trying to go to Thailand so I am not sure if I will be here or not. I would def not call CR a hardcore scene, there are DEF SPOTS that are hard core tourists and sex tourists (delray, beetle bar and guitar bar(jaco) ) but its one of the most chill relaxed great feeling places I am been in the world (40 countries)

What do you mean by dateable? Im not sure if there is any "spots" to meet these type girls.

Id stick to day game on Avenda Central, hit up the mall, then find some good bars and clubs during the week. Also check out Heridia on ladies night.

something I have learned now that I live here, there are a lot of undercover pros here, I am consistantly finding out girls that I am friends with (in the bar scene) and down low pros. Easy figure, if they are out partying all the time and are their family doesnt have money... part time pros. Even the ones with jobs will pro it out here and there I have found.

Anyway, as I said in a previous post, you can meet a lot of locals at pueblo(a few I met turned out to be down low pros as well) but a lot of tourists there as well. Henrys in escazu is a very popular spot for local professionals(few gringos too but ones that LIVE here) cant remember but thurs I think is 2 for 1 appetizers and coors light, its packed.

Itscazu is a big complex with a bunch of different bars, nicer upper scale ones. Mas T'quila is in there and is a popular one with locals and professionals. Locals love Applebees and fridays, but be advised they are EXPENSIVE about more then double what you would pay in the US, but are MUCH nicer and upscale designed inside with top notch service(go figure).

Metroplex is the mall where everyone goes. I mostly hang out in Heredia, there are a ton of places and I know everyone, if you are around let me know and I will show you around. Its about 40 minutes from down town san jose, its the college town

Yeah, heredia is like a large barrel full on young nubile college girl fishies! Also the 2 top tier clubs in SJ are Prive and Gaira, its where all the rich kids go, and people with money, the upstairs in gaira is vip and where all the hot model chicks are (quite a few are my friends... nice Great wings at a place called Bull Dogs

EDIT: When you land at SJ airport, casino fiesta is just down the highway by the Dennys and Hilton Express(I think thats the hotel), they have live bands and what not, fri sat great nights, monday night ladies night. Monday and fri ladies night at fofos in heredia, sunday la garra, thursday is berreira, its in another complex of bars across from moll paseo de flores in heredia. Also in the complex is the most upscale place in heredia call Oblique, vice is also very good, with a young crowd and club Blue with lots of electronic music. Inside moll paseo is another Mas T'quila and K'bana both very good as after work spots and on the weekends.

Yes, obvio, its harder, but girls that have more self respect dont fuck as easy and lower class barrio girls. IME they are just as freaky in bed. I am VERRY VERY good and 2 I am working right now, one is a lawyer chick, former police officer, the other works for her dads sports booking company(shes actually venezuelan) are proving much more difficult then normal.

Its going to depend, again IME, how tight your game is and honestly the mindset of the girl. I didnt really try to game these chicks for free poon. It just wasnt "handed" to me like it was in Brazil from the working girls. P4P is a huge business in San Jose. These grls are hardened pros for the most part. I guess a good looking guy could be some free poon if he tries but for the most part these girls wont be offering it up. But yea ur right, it can be done.

My trip was pretty good. Montezuma and Puerto Viejo where awesome. Not really any locals to game but the beaches and scenery was awesome.

Jaco was a waste of time. Beach sucked. Did go to one bar/club playing salsa that had only locals in there. Not alot but is was decent. The working girls there didnt look good.

I was disappointed in El Pueblo. ratio wasnt good and didnt get the IOI's id like. Next time im in San Jose im gonna have to get in touch with a local that knows where all the best spots to go to are during the week.

there is a new highway so you dont have to go up and down curvy mountain roads, Puntarenas is a locals type beach town and its 30 minutes to jaco.

I've had reservations about driving around cr. Maybe I can rent a ride out at jaco and hit some other spots or maybe rent a moped and ride around. I just read the a Fireman from the US on vacation got struck and killed by a car out at jaco. Worst fuckin thing that could happen on vaca. Last time I was in cr there were a lot of firemen there.

This is not exclusive to Costa Rica. Many women in South and Central American countries "pro it out" every now and then to make ends meet. I have traveled SA so much, and have dated so many women all having friends, sisters considered "normal" women, who actually leave to Panama, Ecuador and Costa Rica "on vacation" or "to study" several times a year. Women like to say that these Johns (or Jose) are "friends" or even go as far as making the guy (local or foreigner) believe he is her "boyfriend", while they are on Skype chatting away, I have his "girl" in the doggie style position - and I paid nothing but an ice cream cone and a movie. This is very likely to be the case with 75% of women under the age of 30. Somehow, 30 is the time where they really want to be "serious".

I even met a girl who was a local bank teller, and then saw her with a gringo I personally knew who was giving her financial "gifts" (i.e buy her clothes, pay her rent, pay her tuition, give her cash for misc expenses etc) for the time they spend together. I'm actually down i CR as we speak - been here for the last week. Jaco does suck, spent 1 night there passing thru. Santa Teresa/Mal Pais is beautiful, good surf, but not much nightlife and I'm not even trying to game down here. Its the most beautiful beach I've ever been to but you come here to surf not chase tail.

If you want to see beautiful beaches go to the carib side and hit up punta uva and manzinilo.

if u want to game some locals go to heridia. not as touristy as san jose and it has some decent nightlife.
