Appearing "creepy" is not really an issue. If a girl decides to have sex with you, she has pretty much decided that you are not a creep. If she thought you were a creep, she wouldn't be naked and alone with you.

You probably weighted my use of the word "creepy" too much. English is only my third language, thus I'm not very eloquent and often use not the applicable (or propper?) word.

To me it's just way more natural to have the condoms in the pockets of my pants or in my wallet.

I think "creepy" was the correct word in this case.

You also could have said:

"do girls think its strange/weird when you take the condom out of your sock"

or,

"do girls ever have a weird/bad reaction when you take the condom out of your sock"

Something like that would have worked also.
