He's funny and insightful. I don't agree with all he says, but he's an entertainer - and a damned good one.

He's also a multi-millionaire and a winner in a field where even "making it" is hard.

What have you alpha males done?

Building big businesses?

Buying investment properties?

Building powerful bodies?

Creating material that millions of people watch?

You guys are nuts.

When you eat a great meal, do you try and figure out if the chef is alpha or not?

When you see a building you like, do you wonder if the architect or builders were blue pill or red pill?

When you pick up your car from the shop, do you ask your guy what his beliefs on men's rights are?

The guy is a comic. He makes people laugh. He's fucking great at what he does. If you don't think he's funny that's fine, but this alpha vs. beta shit gets taken way too far.

I like what Bill Burr has to say but I'd rather listen to nails on a chalkboard than hear is voice. With Bill Burr, I nod my head in agreement. Louis CK? I laugh my fucking ass off. The fact his humor is intensely self-deprecating doesn't make him a pussy. Raw Dog, you are not allowed to criticize anyone, or even have any opinions about anything until you've made your first hundred mil or become a dictator of a small country. Because then you'd just be a hater.

Imagine if CK was gay, and all his material was about gay guys, and his relationships with them. He could be a brilliant comedian, with terrific delivery, but you simply don't live that life, so you don't relate to what he's saying. That's how I feel when guys start cracking jokes about bwing whipped by their wives. It's nice that you feel that way, but that's not the life I'm living. Misery seeks company, and CK is a great outlet for that.

You realize it's largely an act, right? IRL he's known for his work ethic, in addition to his standup he also writes, produces, directs and stars in his own tv show, and is also a father.

No, I'm not. Initially a few guys agreed, now it's a cheerleading fest in favor of CK. I simply cannot be impressed with the guy. I've already emailed Gmanifesto to let him know I was not trolling in case I get banned.

If if's one of those "agree to disagree" topics, and I'm in the minority who thinks he represents the standard-fare American stooge beta, then it should be closed. I don't want to start an argument if the majority here find him impressive. But I'm not going to agree with those who find him impressive.

The reason I found this topic relevant is that because that exact personality is so common in the US among the status quo. If the posters who agreed with me chimed in a bit more, it would appear to be a troll thread, and I'll reiterate again, it is not.

Yeah, I like/liked Patrice. CK has a self-loathing persona while Patrice seemed more real. To each his own. But I guess CK is divorced now. He was on Stern saying he still isn't getting laid even though he is single.
