Louie is 50% blue pill, 50% red pill, he's like a guy who's swallowed the red-pill, but is still beta. I like him because I can see a lot of my past beta self in him, but at that same time he frustrates the shit out of me. Still what it boils down to, is that he recognizes a lot of the b.s. and hypocrisy of modern feminism and gender relations and calls it like he sees it, for me that is respect. He is not quite Bill Burr, but we still need more men who have swallowed the red pill.

On a side note, I am drunk, and spit mad game tonight, even though I am home alone and have nothing to show for it. I don't know. Much of his material on Louie was hilarious and his 1 hour special from Bacon Theater also killed. Then again his schtick is playing this bitter middle aged fat guy who sucks with women, something a lot of beta guys can identify with - they see it and feel better that they're not alone. Who knows how he is in real life, I bet he could slay pussy right and left but don't know if he does.

Bottom line, I believe he's an incredibly talented comedian but I quit watching his stuff because, like other posters here, just can't fucking stand this type of self-deprecation that he does.

I'm not doubting that he is talented, very talented, but I just don't like the level of self flagellation. It gives women a pass and they start (they already do) to think it is OK to laugh at betas etc. It's like Ricky Gervais, he's talented and I enjoy his work, but his personal views are a bit champagne socialist/limousine liberal for my liking.

Then again, he was fat, made no excuses for why he was fat, then lost all the weight. Now he disses fatties at every opportunity for blaming it on reasons other than gluttony and laziness. So I respect him for that.

Louis CK is funny, but it doesn't diminish the fact that he plays the part of a pathetic chump. A weak, spineless man is about as attractive as an overbearing bitch to me. I don't really care to watch either. If you believe that men should be manly, men like Louis CK (and women like Rosie O Donnell) will repulse you. You can tell me I'm 'taking things too far,' but it's an aesthetic sensibility - i.e. that shit is ugly and I don't want to see it.

Huge idiot? He's one of the best/most successful in his respective field if you enjoy his comedy or not.

He's a comedian. He will say what he needs to get people laughing and pay to see him. Don't confuse a show with reality.

I think Louis is still quite early in his career. I see a lot of parallels between him and George Carlin - Carlin had a lot of that slapstick easy laughs type shit early on, but toward the end, he was refined into more of a social critic than anything.

I see Louis going in that same direction; it's almost like Louis is testing the waters right now to see what audiences will put up with, and I think we've only seen the tip of the iceberg of what he's got rattling around in his brain.

Personally I think comedy is one of the highest forms of art - there is a reason we have hundreds of successful A-list actors in the world, but only maybe 10 or 15 comedians that are worth paying to see.

All that said, I wish Louis would get his ass in shape so he doesn't die of a heart attack at age 50. Fuck that.
