Yes. Great place to be for a 21 year old. UC Santa Barbara one of the biggest party schools on the west coast so no issues finding slutty girls to party. Isla Vista is the neighborhood where the students live and you'll find the debauchery there. I think there's a lot of bars on state street downtown, but haven't really explored that much.

A lot of hot women? Yes.
A lot of parties? Yes.
Easy to talk to? I've never in my life been shut down so hard or so rudely as by Santa Barbara girls. Not in LA, NY, DC, or anywhere else bitch shields are infamously on megablast. There are friendly and easygoing girls as well, but SB has always been one giant cocktease for me, especially State Street. But don't let me scare you off - you might move there and end up cleaning house with the top shelf. Go forth and conquer.

We used to periodically get weirdos on here that would ask about LA.

I guess at least now they are asking about San Diego and Santa Barbara.
