Here's one of the advantages I noticed for non-white guys traveling to countries throughout Europe, and more specifically, Eastern Europe.

While places like Prague has long been a bastion of male tourism and considered by many to be 'tapped out' in terms of being able to find girls still curious about foreign guys, the capitals of Eastern Europe have largely been visited by white males.

In other words, for a local Czech, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Slovakian, or Latvian girl, a white guy from England may conjure up images of drunken stag parties. Nothing special, someone to be avoided or at least who has to overcome the burden of proof.

On the other hand, a non-white guy is something different, more "exotic", and for the girls into whatever ethnicity you may be, a rarity to be explored.

It also plays to a non-white guy's advantage in that capital cities are more cosmopolitan, where open-minded girls congregate, and more tolerant, where a local girl won't be as easily branded as a "whore" just because she's seen with a foreign male.

I've seen this played out over and over again, and suffice it to say, non-white guys with game, fashion, and some disposable income should take time to explore cities where white guys may not have had a whole lot of luck due to an influx of tourism.

The situation may very well be different for you, in a pleasant, surprising way.

This is totally true. I've written posts about this. For the increased amount of attention you get, though, you will experience an equal amount of increased hostility from men.

Funny, but many white travelers I know are beginning to report the same things from their experience in Medellin and Cali.

A girl I banged recently in Medellin who works in tourism, told me about a recent stampede of Italian men in Medellin and Cali. Not Salvador. Italians were hitting Fortaleza in droves before the city gov't cracked down on sex tourism...and arrested/deported them.

Salvador is mostly Afro-Brasilian -- the ladies actually prefer Black guys there.

I think it very much depends on the country. Many Central and East European countries have large gypsy populations. Czech, Slovakia and Romania have ongoing conflict between the Romany who are discriminated against by the majority population. So, if you are darker skinned and dark hair they might first mistake you for a gypsy. Specially if you are Mid Eastern, Arabic or Indian looking.

Oh man...you know it! I can now validate this statement...I got a ton of attention from women in Slovenia recently, and 2x that in hostility from men...don't know what it is, but the local men act as if you were fucking their girl when talking to a woman whom they have never even met before.

I got this even from Western European guys, but ONLY when I was with HOT European women. The hotter the babe I was with, the greater the hate.

I still remember having this blonde haired, blue-eyed Northern German girl hanging off me and kissing me in a train station, and there were guys (especially some South American guys on vacation) staring bug-eyed with their jaws dropping down to the floor. That was definitely a Kodak moment!

It depends on the place of course. Really no matter where you go if you are the unique different one you will stick out. But with globalization and internet nowadays the globe is smaller and stereotypes morph and spread faster too.

Imagine bieng a gringo in Colombia when it was "dangerous" (80's and 90's) and you were really the lone gringo there hanging out. You would be getting ass hand over fist. Nowadays you go to Medellin or Cartegena (why I do not go to those cities) and you have tons of drunk loud gringos (black and white / Euro and American) all over the place buying drinks for girls and trying to dance. These are the kinds of men you wouldn't hang out with on your own soil, much less when you are on vacation, plus they pollute the population of women, making women more ready for a "gringo game" and not taking you seriously than before when they might have really really liked you.

Another example, when I was in Hellsinki, they have quite a few Somali/Ethiopian immigrants and over the years some negative opinions have been made about these people...soooo, some American or Western European blacks wandering around can still get action I'm sure but he will need to be ready to show first and foremost he is foreign and higher value and not a poor assylum seeker from Africa. Its all about knowing the steretype (justified or not) perceived about you due to your looks and how you can play them off.

@badstuber: To me, I love Bogota. I know some people here will disagree with me, but it's just so much more to do. Cartegena is hot as balls, some ok beaches but loaded with tourists and Pro's. Like Mixx is saying the tourists in these places aren't usually top notch classy people either.

In Bogota you have some foreigners, but more often than not they are there to study or work in a professional enviornment. Bogota has waay more nightlife, more musuems, culture, music, etc. Its never hot and never cold (not really too sunny either though) . High Elevation and to me a more diverse crowd of women to choose from. You can meet trendie Indie type rock chicks, typical bar sluts, ghetto barrio girls or super high class model type girls with money in different areas of the city. Seems that in parts of Cargtegena or Med. almost every single girl in the popular gringo areas is just there to get free drinks (gringo prices I might add) and maybe you can bang one if you get them drunk, but you might be the 5th gringo that week to hit it.

I'm in dude...I will let you know. I'm def thinking of a weekend trip there in the next month or so. The Bratislava thing might have to wait a few more months for me.

I normally stay a few nights in a pimp hotel in Chico and then head to Suba to stay at a friends town house. That is where I meet some nice non-tourist loving colombianas...but you got to know someone, there is nothing there for tourists (motels english etc)

Just watched that Rick Ross video, I thought that song itself sucked ass and was gay as fuck, but the video is pretty tight I must admit. The girls were all fine as fuck and in more of a natural kind of way then what you'd find on your typical rap video with US girls, and I liked the shots/images of Medellin, all in all it kind of makes me wanna go there.
